Welcome to Gulf Shores, AL where it is hot and sunny! This 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath condo is newly updated with granite countertops, flooring, and furniture. It features a full kitchen, a dining room table and bar, comfortable living room with TV and a balcony with a view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches.
Relax in the patio chairs overlooking the beach and pool. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a large walk-in closet, dresser and TV, and access to the balcony. The master bath has a tub/shower combo with double sinks and granite countertops.
The second bedroom has twin beds, dresser, and a closet. The hall bath is a tub/shower combo with access from both bedroom and living room.
This condo is equipped with a washer and dryer, pantry, and dishwasher. Pots and pans, and necessary kitchen items like silverware and serving spoons, bowls, and dishes. Starter items such as soaps, are available when you arrive.
Things to do here besides getting your tan on and playing beach volleyball, are miniature golf, bike riding, boating, kayaking, fishing, and shopping at the Foley and Tanger outlets. There's also a small fairground nearby, and the Wharf which features loads of things to do, plus the new OWA Tourist Attraction Park. Plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops, too! We suggest Cobalt's, Tacky Jack's or Lu Lu's for a great outdoor dining experience!

We are a couple of empty nesters who love to travel. We were born and raised in Mobile, Alabama where were currently reside, and the beach has always been close to home. We love it here and also enjoy skiing at lakes and snowboarding. We are new to hosting, but look forward to you enjoying your stay at our time-share.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The atmosphere here is very relaxed with a lot of southern hospitality. We love the healing salt air and salt water for hair and skin. Volleyball nets abound in the newly renovated public beach with its walkways, bikeways, sitting areas, and beautiful palm trees. Most of the people we meet are very friendly and always ready to play a game of volleyball or spike ball on the beach. Many people from all over come to these beautiful beaches, and we are so blessed to be a part of this area!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We have a spacious common area under the condo near the pool with picnic tables, grills, bathrooms, and extra room for kayaks, floats, and such. Plenty of lounge chairs and a kiddie pool. We have a nice pier to walk onto the beach and faucets for showering off before coming back in.
