The Space:

Welcome to this incredible oceanview condo located in a peaceful section of North Myrtle Beach, SC! The unit is in the complex 'Seafarer' which is located in a highly desired section of our beaches. So bring the family to enjoy this beautiful condo!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 1st level so approximately 12 stairs are required.



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Large family room area. Cable TV. Balcony access.



Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Balcony access! Cable TV.



Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds (4 singles).



Bathroom 2: Tub/Shower combo located in the hallway between bedrooms.



Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool!



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool.

The complex is located in a popular spot in North Myrtle Beach - which makes for a perfect vacation.

Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine Pest Control happens on the fourth Tuesday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



3. Direct TV Upgrade Notice - Beginning Monday, March 16, Contract Data will be installing new wiring throughout the building to transition from Spectrum to Direct TV. Technicians will need access to all units to complete the upgrade.
