WELCOME TO OUR BEACH FRONT CONDO!! Edgewater is a unique staircase shaped condo so it is easy to find. Stay includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you!! Every condo has sliding glass door access to the balcony from the primary bedroom and den areas and from our 10th floor unit, you have the most gorgeous panoramic views of the emerald gulf waters, beach, pools, boats and quite often you are lucky enough to watch dolphins playing along the sand bar. Updated furnishings throughout this 2/2 condo including granite counters, stainless appliances, stocked kitchen, stacked laundry, pantry, 4 seat hightop table set on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, catch up on social media or work while listening to the waves crashing in and feel the constant breeze. At night you can enjoy the dark sky and stargaze while watching flashlights beams up and down the beach from kids crabbing. Sleeps 8 comfortably with king in the master, 2 double beds in the guest and a queen sleeper sofa in the den sectional. Complete with wifi and smart tvs. Conveniently located across the street from Silver Sands Outlet mall and Baytowne Wharf where there are concerts, restaurants and tennis courts. There are too many golf courses to mention!! For more shopping you go left on Hwy 98 to Destin Commons, right on Hwy 98 is Grand Blvd, 30A, Seaside, Watercolor, . The location cannot be beat!! Winn Dixie grocery and liquor store, Austin's Seafood restaurant, Lin's Asian Cuisine, Chik-fil-a, CVS, 5 Guys and Marco's pizza are within walking distance. This condo is in the middle of everything but less traffic than Destin!!! Bowling, movie theatres, putt putt, golf, laser tag. There are some great amenities scattered around the grounds...a work out facility, tiki bar at one of the 2 pools, hot tub, grilling area and playground and beach chair service. There is a private, gated entry with underground parking. We have been coming to this condo for 25 years with our 4 children and decided to purchase in 2016. We invite you to experience this magical place for yourself.

We are Jim and Cindy Page from Brandon, MS. We have been vacationing in the Destin area since our honeymoon in 1986, the last 25 years at Edgewater. That is why we decided on this condominium. It has a gorgeous panoramic gulf view, 2 pools, beautiful grounds and the perfect location and a few steps to the beach versus a long walk down a pier.

Tons of restaurants: Surf Inn, Lin's Asian, Chik fil A, Austin's Seafood, 5 Guys, Marcos pizza are all within walking distance. Minutes away from Destin Commons, Grand Blvd, Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin tennis, 30A, Seaside and lots of beautiful golf courses.

Our beach is private and we offer 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with you stay. The beach attendants have them set up to make it super easy to go to the beach for the day, just take you beach bag, towel and cooler and you are set!!! Convenient underground parking and entrance is gated for safety.
