The space
A Great deal of thought and effort was put in to making this a place for family and friends to come and make memories together. The home is furnished with top of the line furniture inside and out. Beds were set up with comfort in mind and feature quality nectar mattresses for that good nights sleep. Kitchen is fully stocked for those wanting to cook in. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard or go head to head on the Big Buck Hunter arcade game. Backyard is a true oasis and has many features for a great vacation. There are plenty of lounging spaces including a sectional couch set and a day bed to soak up the Arizona sun! Take a dip in the heated pool or relax with friends in the hot tub at the end of the day. Need to work on your golf game? Brand new custom putting green for those golf enthusiasts in the group. Convenient North Phoenix location with easy access to shopping and dining. Upon approved booking you will receive an email notification with a contract and pool safety notice along with other things to know about the home. As we grow closer to your stay you will receive additional information and check in instructions as well via email. We have worked to provide as much information as possible prior to your stay so you can enjoy your time upon arrival.
This is not a party house and no loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated at all. If you're looking to be out of control this is not the place. We welcome our guests to always have fun but it has to be done in a respectful manner as you would in your own home.
No Smoking anywhere in home
Pet Friendly Home - Pets are allowed on an approved basis. Must contact host prior to booking for pet approval and fee applies.
Kid Friendly Home - We love families traveling together and kids are always welcome. If you need a pack and play or high chair for your stay just ask and we can have them ready for you.
Need a rental car for your stay? We have created a relationship with Hamer Hospitality Group which offers car rental options through the Turo app. Pick up and drop off services are available and they have offered a 10% discount to all of our guests. Additional information will be provided upon booking.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been created to enable travelers to complete the form easily and in less than five minutes.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required before Arrival Instructions are sent, and within three days of booking.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.
* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and cleared for occupancy.
* All requests for early arrival and late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may direct message the property services staff for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late-departure updates.
* Safety & Security Violation Fee: Our arrival protocols and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to our home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Safety and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
