Guest Access:

Guests can access the garage & various closets throughout the cabin. There are a few owner closets with personal belongings in them-they will be locked.



The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located in a quiet, idyllic neighborhood in the Granite Ridge area in Shaver Lake. Please keep the outside noise to a minimum due to the HOA guidelines or owners can be fined. Thank you!



Getting Around:

This cabin has a large driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal.

No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways.

There is no uber, etc in this area.-you need your own transportation.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT:

**4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake**

**Security camera facing the driveway is recording at all times.

Wifi can be slow at times

**If you have additional trash that does not fit into the bins, you can either haul it off or will be charged $10 per bag haul off fee. I will take photos if needed to confirm.**

No outdoor fires are allowed in the Granite Ridge area!

If the spa is dirty, please send me a photo once you arrive.
