Lleve su bote, kayak, embarcaciones, tablas de remo o canoa a esta verdadera casa frente al mar con un muelle privado con mirador.

Hang Ten es una nueva casa de playa situada en la costa de la Comunidad Osprey. Rodeado de exuberantes jardines y palmeras. La casa se ubica en una calle callejón sin salida, con impresionantes vistas al océano, Intracoastal y la Bahía.

El Acceso al mar y la playa se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie poco más de un pequeño puente privado. La casa cuenta con un muelle y el barco de deslizamiento (s) privada que puede alojar hasta un 'barco 24. (Se requiere prueba de seguro). El público rampa del barco está a menos de una milla de distancia, por lo que el lanzamiento de su barco de forma gratuita y dock para toda la semana. Por favor, llame al propietario para discutir sus necesidades de navegación.

La primera planta cuenta con un dormitorio de matrimonio con vista al mar, TV y baño compartido con el dormitorio con literas. La habitación con las dos camas individuales tiene una puerta a la sala de baño. También hay una cama doble dormitorio / estudio de TV en este nivel.

El segundo piso fluye con su sala de estar / comedor, y tiene un 46 "pantalla plana de TV. Pasar el rato con todo el mundo, incluso mientras que en la cocina, que cuenta con todas las comodidades! Las vistas del agua de esta zona son espectaculares! Usted podrá disfrutar de increíbles puestas de sol sobre la bahía! El dormitorio principal está en el mismo nivel con cama king size, 42 'TV de pantalla plana y un baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha enorme bloque de vidrio.

Guardar lejos en el tercer piso loft que tiene sofá cama doble, un escritorio y un bar. Finalmente llegar a nuevas alturas en el piso cuarto puesto de observación habitación completa con balcón y vistas impresionantes de la torre!

Leer un libro en una de las zonas recién amueblado de dos en una envoltura alrededor de porches y terraza abierta. Tomar el sol o la sombra mientras disfruta de su bebida favorita, la elección es suya!

Hay un muelle privado con un mirador cubierto (nuevo para 2015), ideal para la pesca, pesca de cangrejos o descanso (trampas de cangrejos incluidos).

Un enorme ducha privada al aire libre para enjuagar, y una parrilla de gas a nivel del suelo hacen para facilitar la parrilla. La casa tiene un gran camino de entrada y zona de césped para que los niños jueguen. La calle es una perfecta CuldeSac para andar en bicicleta o pasear.

North Shore Country Club está a 2 millas de distancia y está abierto a la comunidad de golf.

Esta casa está alquilada rara vez y sólo son alquilar +/- 4 semanas por temporada a las partes de 10 o menos para cubrir los gastos. NO alquilamos a grupos GRANDES, o vacaciones de primavera ya que la Asociación de Propietarios no lo permite. No hay ELEVADOR, así que por favor considere esto cuando pregunte en esta casa. 9 Osprey, great vacation spot for a family

Great location for our family, walking distance to the beach and fantastic fishing off of the dock. Home was also clean and very spacious and worked well with our family size.

Excellent vacation home

We have been traveling to the north carolina for vacation for 20 years, have stayed in many different homes and this home was the best! Not a long walk to the beach, private area, beautiful views, and something for everyone. The owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with! We are hoping to return next year!

Great find

We have been coming to TopSail for years. This is the furthest north we have gone and found it to be our favorite location yet. Easy to Sneads Ferry, a Coffe shop,Coffe Joy just north and Andrew’s Produce(which was celebration 50 years!)The house has all the fun stuff Kayaks, crab pots, cart for beach stuff, outdoor shower, easy access to beach and an impressive osprey nest and a nice gas grill. Rob was en excellent host. Access into the house was easy and the few little issues we had he addressed immediately. The repair guy even spoke highly of him. The house is perfect for chilling. Lots of spots to sit and the dock was a popular spot for fishing, crabbing and watching the stars. Over the two weeks we had a 60 group and a 30 group, a group of teens and an infant. Everyone loved it. . We did bring all the baby needsand The steps were a challenge for one person but it’s a big beautiful house worth the stairs and extra items. We hope to rent again next year!

Wonderful 2nd Trip

We had a wonderful time for a week down at this house. The house is incredibly well appointed and the layout suits families who want to be together but have separate time at the same time. The dock is fantastic. The sound allows for kids to have safe water play. Fishing was fun although I think it was a little warm for crabbing. We caught plenty of fish to keep the family happy. The neighborhood is lovely and that is a short walk to the beach which is not very crowded. We will be back next year!

Wonderful rare private north topsail quality large home

We stayed the week leading up to July 4th. The community is amazing. Private, quiet streets, nice land scaping and beautiful intercostal expansive views. The beach is an easy walk with the new semiprivate access point immediately in front of the entrance to neighborhood making an easy 1 block walk. The home has been cared for personally. Bedrooms are clean, well designed and decorated. The master and master bath is huge. Decks wrap all around for expansive views. The dock off back and private deep water dock 2 doors down give plenty of options for boats. Amazing sunsets over intercostal. No criticisms other than we plan to stay again and hope availability stays open!!

Hurricane Dorian shortened vacation!

Amazing Home! My family and I have Vacationed all over the N.C. coast for the last 25 years. We have never had a better experience. We are so looking to return in October. We were there the week of Hurricane Dorian, so it was a very short stay. The home owner is probably a one of a kind, he cares very much about how you enjoy his house. The location is awesome as you have room to spread out and relax. Access to the dock and being able to have your boat tied up is very very accommodating. the fishing is great. The home its self is awesome, it has everything you need . I felt like I was at home. Robert I would like to truly thank you for sharing your home with my family and me. We look forward to returning again and again.

Great family vacation!

This property lived up to our hopes in everyway. The house is spacious and accommodating. We are an outdoors type family and this house had a lot to keep us busy right outside the door. The views are amazing and relaxing. You will take pictures every evening of the sunset reflecting off the clouds and the sound. The house offers plenty of living space. We are a family of seven and we ate dinner at the large table overlooking the sound almost every night. Well stocked kitchen made meals easy, even for our size family. Bedrooms are large and plenty of bathrooms. Wrap around decks and wired audio speakers made late evening conversations and cocktails a quick routine. We spent our days on the North end of Topsail where we drove out on the beach and setup for the day. Went deep sea fishing one day and fished off the dock behind the house everyday. Couple of us tried to walk across the sound and got hung up in oyster beds about half way across and turned around. It got messy, real messy.. It was a vacation we wanted and needed. Lots of memories, laughs and pictures. When we stay at Topsail again we will contact Robert first to see if the house is available.

As Promised

This property is in an HOA good and bad. I liked the reduced traffic and neighborhood felling. I did not like that one neighbor seem a bit nosey. I stayed with my adult children, ten on us in total. The house was plenty big enough for us all and we all had a great time. This said only 2 of the bedrooms are great for adults. This was NOT misrepresent by Robert or in the listing just keep in mind. This was truly a great vacation. I had some concerns about not staying right on the beach like we normally do. This was defiantly not a problem. The 3 sided deck gives great views of the ocean and intercoastal. The deck has both covered and open areas with a great breeze always just around the corner. I spent afternoons on the front deck in 90 degree temps. with the breeze it truly felt very comfortable. The kids had a great time fishing of the dock, and cough a lot of fish and a few stingrays. The water is very shallow only a few feet deep. The walk to the beach is very short. The last beach restoration was done very well. The beach was the best it has been in any of our visits to Top Sail.

Fishing For Days

Great house with spectacular views no matter which direction you look. Our boys basically stayed on the dock fishing the entire time. They caught red drum, black drum, flounder, crab, shrimp and even a sting ray. Beds were comfy and amenities were good. My only suggestion would be to have the beds already made for incoming guests. Making beds for each of us after traveling most of the day was not what I had imagined I'd be doing. All that being said, we'd stay at this home again & again.

Great Family Vacation!

This was our first trip to Topsail and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and had all of the amenities that our family needed. We enjoyed fishing off the pier and spent our days on the beach which was a short 5 minute walk. The views from the decks were wonderful! I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again the next time we travel to Topsail!

First time visiting Topsail.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was well cared for and very clean. My sons enjoyed fishing and crabbing from the large dock. The beach was a short 5 minute walk from the house. The beach was wonderful and not very crowded. Definitely 5 stars

A lovely week

Beautiful home in a lovely setting - made for a perfect retreat. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing on the dock, even caught our own live bait using a catch net! Short walk to the beach where we were nicely spread out (it's not a busy area) and found lots of shells and shark teeth! Robert, the owner, is very attentive and responsive, as are the property managers. Yes, a lot of steps, so be aware. Overall, a great time in a great location!

Beautiful property

We loved the house and the property. We biked all over the island and thought that the development the house was located in was the best of any others we saw...including oceanfront locations. Regardless of the hot weather, we could always find a breezy spot on the main level porch. Would recommend bringing some non stick pans for cooking (perhaps previous guests have been a bit aggressive in cooking?) and eye masks if sleeping in the queen bedroom as there is an automatic light for stairwell safety outside the room.

Lovely home in quiet neighbourhood

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and only 7 mins walk to the beach access which is just across the street from Osprey community. If you drive, don’t park on the concrete slab on the left hand side of the street as you’ll get a citation. We had ample room to spread out and certainly got our workout in with the many stairs! Being able to fish and crab from the dock was wonderful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location - Beach & Water Sports

Our two families enjoyed a fantastic week at the perfectly designed, ideally located vacation house. We made great use of the dock for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, and paddle-boarding, while the beach is just a short walk away. The beach access is perfect as it's just far enough away from the crowds that you have plenty of elbow room. We cooked all of our meals in the house during the week, and the kitchen met our needs. The views of both the sound-side and beach-side were absolutely amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset. Robert was very timely in his communication and addressed any questions we had promptly. Highly recommended!

I visited North Topsail in 2003 and knew this was a special place. Crabbing off the dock or shell collecting, it just does not get any better. The area is not over developed and has a laid back feel to it.
