We absolutely loved our stay! The property is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and has incredible ocean views to wake up to. The beds were comfortable, and we loved cooking dinner with the ocean to look out on.The hosts thought of everything, including beach chairs, and the easy few steps to the sand couldn’t be better. The paddle boards were a favorite—the calm, clear water was so beautiful, we could see straight to the bottom!The hosts were incredibly friendly and communicative, making everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

Nantucket on Sagamore Beach!!The house is beautiful and all new. The architecture is straight out of Nantucket and the beach… just amazing. Very clean and very clear water. Lots of room to play games and take long walks. The view from the house is mesmerizing. We had trouble pealing ourselves away! The deck literally ends at the beach. We will be back.

Our family had an amazing week at this beach house. It was absolutely pristine and had every amenity we could have needed. The private beach was the highlight of our stay. It was peaceful, beautiful, and never crowded. The home is spacious, bright, modern, and has such an airy, relaxing feel. It was cleaned meticulously! The master bedroom is exquisite, and waking up to the breathtaking sunrise each morning truly felt like heaven. The host was very helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make family memories and would absolutely stay here again!

Immaculate place and the private beach is unparalleled. We do not know much about the area and were worried the location would not be cape cod enough…wow were we wrong. From Bourne, you have a very quick drive to/from Boston, but have great access to the various spots in the cape (at farthest, Provincetown is just over an hour). The house is thoughtfully set up including a spectacular master and big (huge) bunk beds in two other rooms. It’s bigger than the listing pics. The kitchen is a dream, and the hosts have thoughtfully stocked the garage with beach chairs, and some beach toys/umbrellas. The hosts are great and check in and access was so easy. We will book this house again if we can for future trips.

Great vacation

We stayed at the house for a week of summer vacation and had a great time. The house is beautiful and was well stocked. Everything was clean and ready. Communication with the owner was smooth and always answered promptly. While initially we looked to stay on the cape, the location turned out to be great as the beach is nicer and less crowded than most bay side beaches on the cape and you avoid the traffic as well. Overall we really enjoyed staying at the house and had a great vacation.

We had the most incredible stay at this Cape Cod beach house! The location alone is unbeatable—the private beach access is just steps away, making it so convenient for families with kids.The home itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels high-end, from the appliances to the smart systems (the in-wall vacuum was such a cool touch!). The bathrooms and showers are gorgeous, and the bunk room was an absolute dream for the kids—tons of space and so much fun. We were also amazed at how well-stocked the house is for little ones, which made traveling as a family so much easier.Our host went above and beyond—so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Each evening, we gathered around the fire pit on the beach, making memories that we know will last a lifetime. If you are looking to be in a quiet location with your family and avoid the cape bridge traffic - this is your place! We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. Truly a perfect family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well appointed, and spacious home which offered all amenities and many thoughtful and personal touches. The house is right on the beach with lovely outdoor spaces offering expansive views and a walkway directly onto the sandy shore. Communication from the host prior to our arrival was timely and comprehensive, we received immediate responses to questions and concerns, and we were provided with great recommendations. Highly recommend this property!

We are a local family with four children who purchased this new beach home to create lasting memories with them!

Having 4 children ranging in age from teen to infant we have lots of activities and events to attend to, so having a vacation home that is close enough for us to drive to on the weekends was key! We are back and forth for sporting events so not having to go over the bridge is ideal!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We rented a home on this road one summer and walked by this house being built and just loved the details of the finishes and the craftsmanship. Being able to walk out of our home onto the beach without having to carry all sorts of things was key with small children! We are able to sit on on the deck and watch them play on the beach.
