The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful property in Corolla, NC! This vacation home offers a plethora of amenities across its three levels, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your guests.



First Level:

Step into the ultimate entertainment space on the first level. The wet bar area is equipped with three barstools, perfect for sipping your favorite cocktails while enjoying the company of friends and family. Two mini fridges ensures plenty of space to keep all your drinks cold.



Adjacent to the wet bar, you'll find a cozy TV entertainment area, complete with a large screen and comfortable seating. Enjoy movie nights, binge-watch your favorite shows, or simply unwind after a day of beach activities. Also located on the first level is a full bed room, perfect for accommodating extra guests.



Second Level:

The second level offers more delightful features for your enjoyment. Step out onto the deck, where a porch swing and a hot tub await you. Soak in the spa after dinner, or wake up early and enjoy the fresh air while you gentle swing with the breeze. The second level hosts two king bedrooms, which offer an ensuite full bath for added convenience and privacy. On this floor we also have a bunk bedroom with four twin beds.



Top Level:

This floor is dedicated to relaxation and socialization with its open layout. The master king bedroom is a lavish retreat with a private ensuite full bath, providing a serene escape for rejuvenation.



The stocked kitchen is a ready for the chef of your family to cook up some fresh meals for you to enjoy during your vacation. Or step out onto the porch and fire up the grill for a barbeque. The adjacent dining area features a large table where everyone can gather to share meals together. The top-level deck completes the picture. Sit back in the Adirondack chairs and take in the panoramic views of the surrounding area, breathe in the salty sea air, and settle in to vacation mode.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
