The view was wonderful. Close to food city and other local grocery stores. Trish’s diner is right up the way and is amazingly good. The house has a massive game room and a lot of space in general. Nice fenced area for pets. You drive through a golf course to get to the cabin and it’s private and out of view. Thermostat does not go below 70. Overall great place. Close to LeConte trailheads. Close enough to town but far enough to escape the normal crowds and traffic.

Pet fee Scam, Cabin Nice, Housekeeping needs fired

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stay was wonderful till we got home and had charges on card for damages that was not ours. So be sure and take pictures when arriving! Was charged for an additional pet fee for not reporting pets staying, although there is NO OPTION to add on when reserving. I don't mind to pay the fee, but I better have the opportunity to instead of just fined. Also Housekeeping SUCKED. Hair clumps and Cheetos left in the bedding. Shower Drain was totally full of left over hair. Cabin was absolutely beautiful and well stocked with anything you need. Just horribly cleaned and pet scam.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 30 de sept de 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful, well-stocked cabin, but we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. We also understand your frustration regarding the pet fee and damage charges and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Please know that we keep staff on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. Our rental agreement displays to notify us to add pet fees to your reservation, and strongly encourage guests to update us on any damages upon arrival. Your feedback has been shared with our maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams for review. We truly hope to have the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.

Vacation at how sweet it is.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was not clean dishes, pots and pans were dirty and put in cabinet dirty. Floors were dirty. We had to clean when we first arrived, and wash all the dishes and pots and pans. Mattresses are completely worn out, sagging, and no padding left on them. Needs new mattresses thru out the cabin. If anyone has a bad back I would not recommend this property until mattress have been updated. When I explained about the cleanliness the only response I received was sorry to hear that. It’s a shame we the renter pays a cleaning fee and still have to clean before you can stay. And it appears complaints on the mattresses have been made before yet none have been updated.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 19 de oct de 2026

Just as listed

This house is exactly as listed. It is beautiful and VERY spacious. We had 6 adults and 3 children and we had more than enough room to spread out, yet the game room and dining area was great for gathering. We all had our own rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. It is a little bit of a drive to get to main areas (about 30 min), but the privacy was great and view is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely breathtaking views, very spacious house with everything you need to entertain and relax. The outdoor covered patio was amazing. Everything was very clean and everything worked. It was in the '90s during our stay and if you put the air conditioning below 72 you would freeze. Very highly recommend this wonderful house. If there is a negative at all it would be that it's a little ways out away from everything including Gatlinburg.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went here for my bachelor party and it was amazing! The views were incredible, the cabin was clean, and the owners were thoughtful and communicative. I think the only critique I had was that the hot tub is not as big as it seems in the picture online; it fit 5-6 men comfortably. Beyond that though, it was an excellent trip and I would definitely come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin location was a nice view of the mountains. Only downside was there is a golf course below it and always seemed to have some sort of loud equipment running constantly . 2 broken windows on the property. Game room and movie theater were nice touch. Hot tub was small and water had a smell like it wasn’t maintained well. Overall nice property and location just for the expensive price being better maintained would have been better.
