NOTE: FOR THOSE WITH ACCESSIBILITY DIFFICULTIES, THERE IS A SMALL STEP IN THE MAIN LIVING SPACE AS WELL AS NARROW DOORWAYS. ALSO NOTE THE EXPOSED NATURAL GAS HEATER THAT CAN BE VERY HOT TO THE TOUCH DURING COLDER MONTHS.

*Bedrooms*
The cabin comprises two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The master bedroom is equipped with a california king-size bed as well as with a small workspace for those that require it. The beautiful forest murals will make you feel as if you can enjoy the serenity of nature while relaxing in the cozy cabin environment.

The spare bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed including a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a full-size mattress on top and can accommodate up to 3 guests.

*Bathroom/Laundry Space*
There is one full size bathroom that is stocked with all of the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower, while on the small side, that has been recently renovated. This space also includes a washer and dryer with basic essentials provided.

*Kitchen*
A fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up your favorite meals and tasty dishes. You can expect to find the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. While there is no specific dining area, you can find built-in seating at the coffee table to enjoy a great meal after a day full of adventures.

*Outside Space*
Step outside to the backyard, where a fire pit awaits beneath the starry skies. Embrace the crackling fire's warmth as you roast marshmallows and create lasting memories. Please be mindful of the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Access to Tichigan Lake can be found just steps away from the deck. Whether it’s a peaceful ride on the kayaks or a fun ride on your boat, the main body of water is a short ride away from the property. Be sure to bring your fishing poles and some bait as there are plenty of fish to be caught in the canal directly off the dock!

Guest Access
Guests staying at this cozy cabin have exclusive access to multiple amenities. Whether you’re taking time to fish off the dock, go for a peaceful kayak ride, or roast some marshmallows by the fire, be sure to plan some time to enjoy the relaxing nature the home has to offer. You also have full access to a TV in the main living space that is equipped with a Roku streaming device that will allow you to log into your preferred streaming applications. Be sure to bring your login info! Should you need to finish some work before enjoying some R&R, there is a small workspace provided in the master bedroom. This is a dog-friendly home. While we fully believe that pups are just as much a family member as anyone else, we request that you do not leave the pup home alone while you are out unless properly kenneled. Also, out of respect for all future guests, please ensure to pick up all pet refuse. Waste bags are provided in the bin next to the back door.


Tichigan Lake, spanning a vast 1100 acres, is a full recreation lake offering boating, swimming, fishing, and kayaking opportunities. Boats can be docked at the property, but due to a culvert, only pontoons under 8.5 feet wide and 18 inches tall and fishing boats are suitable. Larger ski boats are not recommended.

There is enough parking for 4 separate vehicles. Should you need to trailer your boat, the driveway has sufficient room.

Other items to note
- Please be aware that there are two Ring cameras on the property: one at the entrance and one at the front of the property, ensuring your safety and security. Both cameras use both video and voice recording.
- Please note that the stand up shower is on the smaller side.
- Boats can be docked at the property, but due to a culvert, only pontoons under 8.5 feet wide and 18 inches tall and fishing boats are suitable. Larger ski boats are not recommended.
- Take note of the exposed natural gas heater in the colder months, which can be hot to the touch. Exercise caution around it to ensure your safety.

House Rules:
- Must be at least 25 years of age to book the property.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property in its entirety.
- Security device interference: Please do not tamper with or remove any approved and appropriately disclosed security or monitoring device.
- Cleanliness: Please treat this like your own home! We ask that all dishes be washed and put back and trash/recyclables taken out to the appropriate cans before leaving.
- Please do not use the butcher block countertop as a cutting board. In the pantry, you will find that we have provided one for you. An additional charge will be applied should we observe differently
- Guests are not allowed to swim in the canal. If they choose to do so, property owner/s shall not be liable to for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, including but not limited to swimming in the canal. Guest specifically indemnifies and holds the Owner and Owner’s Agents harmless from any liability. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Property owner/s shall not be liable to for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, including but not limited to use of the provided kayaks. Guest specifically indemnifies and holds the Owner and Owner’s Agents harmless from any liability. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Property owner/s shall not be liable to for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, including but not limited to use of the bunk bed. Guest specifically indemnifies and holds the Owner and Owner’s Agents harmless from any liability. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Should it be observed that there are additional guests above and beyond the listed limit for the home, guest will be charged an additional $50 per guest above the limit

Pet Rules:
- Should you bring a pet(s) with you and you need to leave the property without them, we ask that you kennel them to deter the chances of damage. We do NOT provide a kennel, so please bring your own.
- Please pick up after your pet outside. Waste bags are provided in the pet storage bin by the back door. While we are happy to offer a pet friendly vacation spot, it is important that future guests get to enjoy our back yard in a clean manner. An additional charge will be applied should we observe differently.
- Speaking of furry friends, please try your best to keep them off of all furniture. Having 2 pups of our own, we understand a good cuddle sesh is always great, but we just ask you refrain from the furniture and beds. An additional charge will be applied should we observe differently.
- Please use the dog leads with own discretion based on your dog's weight and activity.
