This was a nice place, and fit our needs very well. Very comfortable, clean, with a comfortable bed, and updated kitchen. This waterfront condo has great views of the lake. The AC was welcoming on the hot, humid days. Some updates might be needed to help the humidity-swollen doors, that just don't close very well. All in all, Dave was a good host, and are happy to recommend his properties.

Condo was nice. But there were no dish rags and only one dish towel. Also the two left burners on stove did not work, but the other side was fine. The view is beautiful and location is close to everything

Does have a great view !

The owner is fantastic and very available for questions. Very clean condo/apartment with a fantastic view ! Just a few slight negatives but not enough that I wouldn't stay there again. The condos are on a hill and the parking is a little slanted. Also, if you have a boat. The slip does not have a lift so bring extra buoy bumpers. You also have to load and unload your boat at PB2 marina but it is only five minutes from the apartment. It's 5 to launch your boat and15 a night if you need to keep your trailer there. Thats pretty cheap. Now the positives. I can't say enough about the view. It's also perfectly located very close to many restaurants if you aren't taking your boat there. The condo is extremely clean and the air conditioner worked awesome. The wifi worked great and you have Roku with all the TV apps to sign into. The owner is very nice and answered all texts within an hour and most of the time within 5 minutes honestly. My wife and I would use him again. Thanks for all your patience sir !!

Relaxing

Property is good. It was peaceful until the last two nights of our stay. The hotel next door had college kids show up and as the night went on the louder they got couldn't really hear tv or sleep cause it went into the earlt morning hours. The property and condo was clean and not a bad location. Just need quite rules suring rhe week time ours at the hotel next door at the pool area. We enjoyed the deck over looking water with morning coffee and also ate supper out there at night. Overall our stay great.

Everything you can ask for, to enjoy Lake of the Ozarks.

Beautiful view. Great place for a picture of the sunrise. Deer and birds greet you about the same time as the sun is rising. Central to many of local must see spots. In Camdenton,you can visit the beautiful “Ha Ha Tonka State park”. Best dock dining spot can be found at “Lake House 13” in Sunrise Beach

Great place to stay!

The condo had everything that we needed & the view was awesome as you could watch a parade of boats go by (it was a summer weekend). It was perfect for the 2 of us & our dog. The only drawback was it is quite a steep walk down to the boat dock, if you are not used to it.

Weekend stay

Property in a good location. Clean and very comfortable to stay in. Great water front view. Almost perfect except for the steep terrane. But problem solved when we found a ride in a gulf cart. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again and recommend to others.

Weekend getaway

Sunrise view on the lake. Good location, close to restaurants & services. Small, but clean & relatively updated. No toiletries provided. Recommend taking the hotel entrance in & out of the complex as suggested by owner’s instructions. The secondary entrance is steep & treacherous with a blind entry. We nearly got hit by an incoming car.

Nice week get away

Very clean pet friendly condo. Had everything you need to cook meals and a nice electric grill on porch. Great view nice dock for swimming and fishing. Has a pool but we didn't use it. Needs a screen on main sliding door. Great stay.

What a great stay. Very Clean and very well located to anywhere you wanted to go. Awesome lake views. I was down for a fishing tournament and the condo was just minutes from the boat launch. Will definitely look here first my next time in town. Thanks Dave

Clean, Comfy but, Potentially Noisy.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The condo property was clean and well-maintained. I felt the neighborhood was safe and there was a grocery store 5 minutes away. The lake view was beautiful and during the day it was quiet and serene. It would have been a perfect weekend getaway except for the pool and clubhouse located next to the condo unit. We arrived Saturday night and there was a party in full swing. We thought it would end at midnight but it went on until 3 or 4 am! We heard everything! We thought Sunday night would be better but it wasn't. It got going about 4pm and went all night until 3 am! I'm not sure if this is a normal occurrence or if this was just a certain group of people down at the lake. Had it not been for the total lack of sleep for 2 nights it would have been great!

Hawk Nest is right at the Grand Glaze Bridge on the south /west corner so access to both sides of bridge to get to all the action/restraunts/shopping mall is just a mile or so both directions. Plus it has a up front /direct view of lake as to relax and kick back and sip on a cold refreshment
