You accept full responsibility for bodily injury arising from these activities. You understand these risks and assume full responsibility for yourself and for the the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner/manager for accidents or claims related to use and access of the sleeping loft and any and all outdoor recreational activities at the property. All Guest in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Hosts.
