Important Rules:

Absolutely no events, parties, loud music, or yelling. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Violations will result in cancellation without refund.



Do not block driveways or public roads — vehicles may be towed

No parking on the lawn — this can damage the sewer system

Strict 4-car limit for all guests



DETAILED LAYOUT DESCRIPTION:



Walking in, there is a beautiful accent wall greeting you with a sign 'Stay Awhile'. On one side is the pool table, on the other is the king bed room with easy access to the bright half bathroom, convenient for an elderly/disabled traveler who prefers to stay on ground level.



KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM:



The remodeled kitchen connects to the living room in an open modern design. Ample cabinet space and new appliances make sure it will be comfortable for your stay. The living room has a large 75 inch smart tv, sofa seating and a 14 seat beautiful island countertop.



OUTSIDE:



Outside is a large Heated saltwater pool. We have seating and loungers outside for hanging out and tanning in the Florida sun! We have a firepit outside with a pergola and more sun loungers resting on artificial grass for added comfort.



In this area there is also a grilling station with custom countertops



UPSTAIRS:



Going upstairs leading to a large loft area with 2 queen beds. Going down the hallway there are 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed. The corner room has a desk and chair for working in privacy if needed.



In the other direction you will notice our laundry machines, and a beautiful black and white marble bathroom. You won't be disappointed! Finally, you will find the master bedroom with 2 more queen beds and a master bath outfitted with gold accents, dual sink, backlit, anti-fog mirrors, a soaking tub, huge closet and white marble.
