Situated in a quiet bedroom community of Glenville, 10 minutes from Rivers Casino, 15 minutes from Via Aquarium, 20 minutes to Saratoga, and 45 minutes to Lake George and the Adirondacks. It is conveniently located by shopping centers, malls, small villages, city life, mountains and lakes. We allow all pets, but there is a $100 flat rate pet fee. Make sure you check the box “I am traveling with pets”.

A nice small cabin style home. A little remote, but that's not a bad thing. It reminded me of a cabin on the lake, minus the lake. Every creature comfort & attention to detail was to a "T". I'd gladly stay here again if ever I come back to the region. Only advice would be to have a few marker lights or similar to make it easier to find.

So cozy! The cottage was super clean and so cute. We really enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised and if we are ever in the area, we will stay here again very clean and comfortable. Had everything that we needed.

Cozy cottage!

Such a clean and tidy cottage that was decorated so cute. We felt at home. The property was conveniently located to SPAC and the Hosts were super friendly. Great stay!

Let me preface by saying the owner of the property (Gene? Maybe, I’m sorry I forgot his name) was absolutely LOVELY. We got a chance to chat with him over the weekend we were there and he was a gem. As far as the “house,” (really just a garage turned into a little house,) we got hit in the face with the smell of mildew and mold. Both my husband and I had trouble breathing from it. There were spots on the floor where you could tell the flooring was about to go, and there were bugs everywhere. Now, I understand the bug situation in the middle of a hot June weekend, but the mildew/mold smell was awful to the extent we almost cancelled on our second night. Everytime we conversed with Jessica, it seemed like we were just an inconvenience to her. All we needed this place for was a place to sleep, so we made do; but all in all I likely would not book this place again.

A nice getaway in upstate NY

This was a cute, cozy place to stay at on our trip to NY. It had everything we needed and was in a nice area. Overall a great spot to either spend time in or come back to after a long day.

Very nice place

This place was very clean, welcoming and cozy, and had everything you would need for a short stay. They really thought of everything! It's too bad there was a state burn ban, because even the firepit area was well appointed, and a campfire would have been lovely:)

Cozy Winter Cottage

This VRBO was the perfect place to stay for my weekend getaway as it was close to family as well as a ton of amenities that were enjoyable even in a snow storm. Hosts were kind and flexible with some changing plans and I would definitely stay here again!

Great!

The space was very clean and cute. The host left a cute little note with some sparkling water which was a nice touch. The upstairs bedroom was warm and cozy and the downstairs was perfect for hanging out and watching TV. Probably ideal for one or two people:)

Great little house!

We stayed at Jessica’s place for Homecoming for Union College, the house was immaculate, which I loved And the location was perfect. Jessica was super helpful and answered any question I had. Great place, great host!

Beautiful little cottage in the trees

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this adorable little cottage. Perfect getaway for a couple. We cooked a couple meals, watched a couple movies, even enjoyed the outdoor fire pit! And, of course, thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding area. A gorgeous part of upstate NY!

Cute cottage but...

This little cottage was very nice to stay in. It was close enough to shopping centers but far enough away that you felt like you were in a secluded area. The main issue we had was that the stairs were very narrow with no railing. It was very difficult for my mother to get up and down the stairs and did not feel safe trying to do so in the middle of the night if she had to use the bathroom. Instead she had to sleep on the couch but the pullout was horrifically uncomfortable so she literally slept on the loveseat (good thing she's short! Lol). These things were not exactly evident in the pictures of the property. Other than the sleeping arrangement issues it was very nice and had everything we needed.

Cozy Cottage

3 adults and 1 dog. Visiting our son who lives in Schenectady. Great location near Schenectady and Saratoga. Alot to do in the area. Close to stores if supplies are needed. Communication was great. Check in and out easy. And the property was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway outside Saratoga Springs

This adorable home was a perfect getaway spot for those looking to stay in the Saratoga area but who don't want to pay the Saratoga Springs prices. It was in absolutely immaculate condition in a quite neighborhood. The house has everything you need including a lovely firepit for a relaxing evening. Highly recommend

Three week visit

The property was as listed. Everything that we needed was available coffee and supplies. We locked ourselves out and were taken care of immediately. Close to RT 50 with markets and restaurants. An enjoyable visit.
