Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Great homebase in Trinidad for our visit to the Redwoods. Walk to shops and restaurants. Trail to beach is steps away (but a steeper climb up to return, so not for those with mobility issues). The house, including both bedrooms, gets very warm during the day, and the only fan we found did not work, so falling asleep was a bit uncomfortable until it cooled off overnight.

If it gets warm we recommend opening a window when home to get air moving, or open the lovely living room doors to get airflow if it gets warm (this doesn't happen often!). Nice very clean older cabin like home

It was great. very relaxing spot and easy walking access to town and the beach. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. THe outside property was definitely in need of some weeding and trimming and basic sprucing up though.

Clean and comfortable. Nice location, an easy walk to a few restaurants nearby, and a path to the beach. The turn into the driveway from the road is a little rough but everything else was great.

A delightful time capsule of a lovingly tended vintage cabin. Clean as a whistle. Generous outdoor entertaining deck with two Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. Note the trail to the beach is not ADA accessible and there is only one way in and out to it via steep stairs. Know too you cannot see or hear the ocean from the cabin, but the soothing wind in the trees and the singing birds in the bramble did their best to make up for that.

All was good except light mold in the shower grout. Not a huge deal but should be cleaned and sealed. Location was phenomenal!! Loved the place.

Cute house with comfortable beds and all the essentials. Location is wonderful. Loved walking around Trinidad. Good value. Had one issue with the toilet and they had it fixed quickly.

Cabin is in a good location to the parks. It is located near the beach where access is easy. The kitchen and bedrooms are well equipped. The cabin is spacious but not sound proof. It’s noisy when walking on the wood floor, opening and closing the doors. Can clearly hear conversations from other room.

The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet. Short walk to an uncrowded beach. Clean house. Comfy beds. Peaceful place to sit on the porch. Close to town, we walked to the coffee shop and grocery store. Would recommend.
