The Space:
As you step into our comfortable Sunnyside Palms apartment, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living space that immediately sets the tone for your tropical escape.

With two spacious bedrooms, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and is conveniently located next to the second full bathroom, that also has a bathtub. Both bedrooms have ample closets and hangers to organize your belongings.

The living room features a large sofa and a rocking chair, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation after a day of sun-soaked adventures. A large flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi provide indoor entertainment, ensuring you can stay connected or unwind with your favorite shows.

You will receive an access code two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. The locked closet is for housekeeping access only.

The Neighborhood:
Largo is a city located in Pinellas County, Florida. It's known for its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful beaches. Largo offers a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational areas, making it a popular destination for both residents and visitors.

In this part of Largo, you can generally expect a suburban atmosphere with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and possibly some apartment complexes.

Being in close proximity to the beaches, this area have easy access to outdoor activities and recreational opportunities. Residents and visitors might enjoy strolling along the nearby beaches, participating in water sports, or simply relaxing by the water.

In terms of amenities, you could find shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences within a short driving distance. Largo also has its own local attractions, parks, and entertainment options that residents and visitors can enjoy.

Getting Around:
RECREATION CENTER: Across the street at Vonn Road is Largo’s Southwest Recreation Complex. For a small fee, you can enjoy an Olympic-
sized swimming pool, tennis, gymnasium, fitness center, and a wide variety of programs like fitness classes, arts and crafts, dance, and martial arts to name a few.
BEACHES: The closest beach is Indian Rocks Beach. We also highly recommend making a trip to Clearwater Beach, which is north on Gulf Boulevard. It is a beautiful drive.
RESTAURANTS: The owners recommend Mike’s Pizza and Pub for pizza and Jake’s Coastal Cantina for tex-mex. Most of the seafood restaurant near the beach are really good, and Tropical Ice Cream and Coffee on Gulf Boulevard is fantastic.
