Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner 9th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, and two Queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The unit was the perfect location with a beautiful beach view as it is a corner unit. The balcony was huge and very nice to sit on in the mornings for coffee. The living/dining area was very spacious with plenty of room for our group of 6. The unit could benefit from a refresh with bed linens and towels. We were surprised to find out a pest service had been in the unit one day while we were at the beach. It would have been nice to know they were coming so That we could have secured our valuables and picked up things off the floor.

Great view and great location

Place was beautiful. Clean and with amazing views. 2 families fit comfortably. Indoor pool was perfect for rainy days. Would stay again!!

Roomy!

No tiny beds. Ample seating at dining table, den, and balcony. Roomy withnice decor without being cramped or cluttered. Definitely would stay again.

Loved this property, everything from booking, checkin to checkout was easy and simple. I sent a text to let them know the microwave was not working correctly & it took then no time to send someone up. The only negative is the ice maker on the wet bar looks as though it has never been cleaned. But we didnt use or need it so it didnt affect our stay at all. Big beautiful corner unit, we will stay here again.

The view and size of the condo was very nice. Also - nice having an additional ice-maker in the wet bar. The beds however were uncomfortable and very loud (creeky). The kitchen was not stocked well - while there were 2 crockpots (which we never used - we had to buy a bigger cookie sheet because the one in the condo was and 8x10, also - the teflon in the pan was scratched (probably because there were no rubber/silicon spatulas). Lots of cabinet space - but not well stocked. The rugs in the dining and living roo Appeared very old and tattered. While we will return to the phoenix - we may choose another condo. With a little attention to detail - this would be an outstanding place to stay. For the price - we expected too much I guess.

Great Gulf Shores Location

Overall we had a great stay at this beachfront condo. The beds were ok, plenty of towels, all the appliances worked, nice balcony furniture and the living room had plenty of seating. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax. The large screen TV was great for college football viewing. Make sure to bring any spices, foil, coffee filters, foil etc for the kitchen.

Wonderful, but needs a few little things.

Most of the mattresses and box springs need replaced. The box springs creek loudly every move you make in bed. Some mattresses lumpy. Two upholstered chairs look dirty on the arm rests. One area rug needs replaced, it is worn out. Otherwise, clean, spacious, great view, great location, nice pool, fast elevators, cool balcony, nice kitchen, fast wifi. I would stay here again any time.

Perfect Stay

Perfect location and views!! We saw dolphins from the balcony everyday. Can’t say enough great things about it! Check-in and out was a breeze. The amenities for the property were fabulous. We had a blast at the pickleball court, the indoor and the outdoor pool! We will definitely stay again! Our only please consider would be a small vacuum or dustpan for the broom. Not bringing sand back up with us was near impossible even with the shower and spray stations and we were trying to keep things tidy!

There was trash behind the couch. There were hairs in the bathroom drawers. My daughter would not put her things in the drawers because of that!! Very disappointed that there was only one pickleball net! Just felt like the complex was not updated! We have stayed here before but will reconsider now!!

The living room couch and chairs were super cozy and the views were absolutely amazing from all, but one of the rooms. Ice maker was a nice bonus! Highly recommend! Our kids loved the pool area and it was very easy to reserve some chairs/umbrellas day of when needed on the beach.

Best vacation

The condo is open and the view is amazing! We loved being able to see the city view from one side and the ocean from the other. Beds were comfortable. TVs were in each bedroom and the one in the living room was great for a movie night. They also have games in one of the cabinets although we did bring our own before we were aware of that. There were a few minor cleanliness issues with a few child socks being left on one of the small tables but nothing worth knocking down a rating. Over all the condo was comfortable, had an amazing view, and was in a great location. We would stay again.

Please get new beds and better communication.

First the good: the location and the view! The bad: Trying to get in touch with the management company was impossible. I tried messaging through the app and got no answer. Tried calling the number listed on the app and it wasn’t a working number. Finally had to contact VRBO support who contacted the owner. The owner directed me to yet another number for the management company where I left a message that was not returned. The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had in a vacation property. Seriously. You could feel and hear the springs creaking in all four rooms. The cleaning company left socks and wrappers behind the bed. The ice maker was filthy. The most bare bones of supplies were left. One trash bag and one paper towel roll. One tiny soap in each bathroom and none in the showers. As much as we paid for this unit I don’t feel like it was worth it. I’ve had much better service and amenities through other companies and other VRBO properties.
