Our condo is perfectly situated on the 11th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedrooms and two Queen sized beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great place and location!

Beautiful place! The rental was gorgeous with a magnificent view. The beaches and pools were fantastic. The waterslide was a hit for all of us! All major stores within a short drive. So much to do and see within walking distance. All around great place to stay for all ages!

Great experience

The condo was perfect. Very clean, up to date & spacious. The building and amenities were great for the kids - indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis course & the beach (of course).

Lots of room for everyone, comfy beds, lots of dishes and cookware in the kitchen. We had a minor maintenance problem that was fixed immediately. There were 4 great elevators in the building that made it quick and easy to get to the garage and to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in and check out process was super easy. I had a handful of questions before we arrived and the owner was very quick to respond. Everything was pictured exactly like the listing. The beach and pool was easy to acess. recommend this booking and will book Again for a future stay.

Great vacation spot

We had 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) in this condo; never felt cramped or over crowded. The pools and beach access were great, especially for kids. Staff were helpful and friendly. Listing was just as expected. Only minor qualm was that the floors were pretty dirty from the get-go; bare feet were turned black from being dirty. Overall, would recommend and would rent from this host again.

Nice place but rude host

The condo was very spacious and very nice. The view was fantastic and the location was perfect. Everything was pretty clean and parking and check in were very easy. Our only complaint is the heat had a problem and the host did not send anyone to fix it, claiming there were no techs available that night. Being the middle of February, it was very cold and the heat was blowing cold air. When we contacted the host, he acted like we just didn’t know how to use the thermostat. Once we jumped through his hoops to prove we weren’t doing something wrong, he said he would “try” to find a tech and then never responded after that.

Not what you expect

The view was spectacular, the beds had sand in the sheets, the carpet on the floor was so dirty and the vacuum would not pick up anything and the manager brought me another one and it would not go over the carpet. The furniture was not clean. I had to buy dish rag to wash the dishes. Was very disappointing for what we spent for a week! We didn’t even stay our entire time. Who wants a baby crawling around on dirty carpet. From the pictures it looks very different in person. Will not recommend to my friends.

Great Stay!

We have rented a condo in the same building a few years ago, so we were thrilled to rent one again since we familiar with the building. Condo was clean. The ice maker in the bar area was making a loud noise and had no ice when we got there but my husband fixed it and it started making ice and was full by the next day. The ice maker in the refrigerator was also not working, but my husband tweaked it and it also started working and we had ice the next day. The dishwasher didn't get the dishes the cleanest. Other than that, we had no issues. We really enjoyed having a corner unit. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great. The teenagers enjoyed using the indoor pool at night. The owner/property manager was very responsive with my questions leading up to our stay. Over all, it was great!

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 10 family members for a summer vacation. The unit had broken items in the kitchen, quickly replaced by Michael. There were other maintenance issues- shower drain sluggish, stove light not working, ice maker poorly functioning, stove handle pulled off- all reported items were quickly addressed after reporting. seating and rug (replace) in living room needs cleaning. Main bedroom needs bigger sheet and quilt- too small for the bed. Beach was overcrowded for our preferences.
