Este es uno de los mejores condominios en Orange Beach y a lo largo de la costa del golfo de Alabama. Venga a divertirse al sol o flote río abajo. Phoenix West es uno de los condominios más lujosos del Golfo. Las vistas hacia el este y el oeste son increíbles desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo en la sala de estar y en cada habitación. Con más de 2,600 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa y está lujosamente amueblada. No se reparó en gastos para su disfrute y relajación.



La unidad está pintada artísticamente y decorada profesionalmente con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de gran tamaño, gabinetes a medida, encimeras de granito, barra de bar con máquina de hielo, televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 46 "en la sala de estar con televisores de pantalla plana y DVD en las habitaciones, sala de lavandería con Lavadora y secadora grandes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size, hay dos camas Queen en el segundo dormitorio y los dormitorios tercero y cuarto tienen una reina en cada uno. Hay dos sofás cama en la sala de estar. También hemos instalado una cerradura de puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estancia.



Hay un río lento, tobogán acuático, piscina al aire libre con piscina para niños vallada, piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos jacuzzis, gimnasio de última generación, 4 saunas y canchas de tenis en la azotea.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se aplicará sin reembolso por violación.



Estacionamiento: debe comprar sus pases de estacionamiento a su llegada, tienen un cargo único de $ 35 por vehículo. Cualquier unidad 4br que alquile en Phoenix West le garantiza que puede comprar hasta TRES pases de estacionamiento, la recepción le venderá pases adicionales en función de la ocupación del complejo durante su estadía, pero no espere poder comprar un pase adicional durante el temporada de verano.

Family celebration

We gathered with 14 in our family. Views were amazing! We could view the water from all bedrooms . Beds were very comfy. Great location for anything we wanted to do or eat. On property Lazy river, pool and shore line was a big hit.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space and the view was great. The lazy river was relaxing and the kids enjoyed the pools (indoor/outdoor). We had some difficulty connecting to the network for tv/wifi but the host responded quickly to our email. Be sure to use the DirectTV remote for the tv . We would stay here again.

Fantastic Family Trip

I stayed in the condo with my multi-generation family. The property was nice with great gulf views. The location is okay, but you must drive to most places because there is not much within walking distance for food/entertainment.

Amazing location, breathtaking views.

We had a family of 9 stay here and it was absolutely amazing!! We had plenty of room, the condo is very spacious and everyone had their own space and some privacy as each room has a full bathroom. There was also a hall bathroom, 5 total. Each room also has a small balcony and the main balcony overlooks the beach with breathtaking views both east and west. Overall we had a wonderful time and it was amazing. Highly recommend.

Our stay in July of 2023 was excellent. The property and amenities are great. Unit is beautiful. A few items are in need of repair or maintenance. Otherwise, perfect.

The kids loved the water slide and the adults loved the lazy river. Had a little trouble regulating the air conditioning in the bedrooms, too cold/too hot and one bathtub drained slow, but maintenance fixed quickly. Definitely want to come back next year!

Family Vacation

We were there last year and decided to bring our family this year. There something that needs some repair. One bulb in the bathroom keep blinking so we took it out, some of the dresser are in need of knobs or some updating and the double bedroom needs a dresser. Just some update.

Amazing views, spacious layout

I won't bury the lede: the views are why you stay at this property. We watched the sun rise every morning and spied dolphins swimming close to shore from this 23rd story balcony.With floor to ceiling windows facing the east and south, you can see not only panoramic views of the gulf, but also a good portion of the city of Orange Beach.The unit's open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen really takes advantage of the scenery, plus every bedroom has a view of its own too.En suite bathrooms for all four bedrooms (plus a half bath in the hallway) make for a spacious and relaxing vacation.While I would stay here again in a heartbeat, the unit is not without a few flaws. The dishwasher was functional but nearly falling apart, and the faucet in one of the showers was leaky--minor nits to pick to be sure.Overall, this stay was a great experience. The check-in process was simple and my children enjoyed the lazy river and, when the weather got a bit too chilly, the indoor pool.

Dirty

Very spacious and very nice layout out, but the condo was very dirty . We found potato chips under the edge of the bed in the master bedroom and dried up sandwich meat in the couch when we was putting the bed out . We had a great time in the condo ,but the cleaning of the condo needs major improvement

Great property, not the cleanest

The property is amazing with all the things to do on site and in the area. Beautiful view from the room. Plenty of space. My concerns were it wasn't very clean, we washed the floors ourself. Washer and dryer did not work well at all. Had to run both twice sometimes. Pods didn't work. The beds only had sheets, there were no blankets in the unit so bring blankets. Sofa sleeper was not comfortable.

Love Phoenix West!

This is the second time my family has stayed at Phoenix, and it does not disappoint! The condo is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious. I love that each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, plus a shared bathroom in the hallway. The room itself was amazing. We had all of the kitchen essentials we needed to prepare meals and to make our stay more comfortable. The check in is super simple. We just showed up at the appropriate time and were provided the access code to the door. We reserved our parking pass online prior to our arrival, so we only had to stop by the front desk to get our official parking pass and our wrist bands for pool/amenity access.The property manager was very responsive. I received a text a few days prior to check-in to contact in the event of any issues. When we first arrived, one of the toilet paper holders had come off of the wall, so I shot them a text to let them know so it didn't look like I had made any damages. They had someone the following morning there to fix it. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. It was a beautiful place, and we had a wonderful vacation!

We LOVED this spacious place!The only downfall was the cleaning company didn't do a very good job cleaning. Found gummy bears under the bed and empty oreo package behind the night stand from previous renters. The floors were lacking in cleanliness. Our feet/socks were black from walking on the tile from the moment we arrived. Besides the minor cleanliness issues, we had a great time!

Updating Needed

The location, the building itself was fine. The furniture was outdated and in ill repair. Unit had not been dusted nor was the floor clean. There was food in hide away bed and under it. The mattresses in hide alway were not sleepable. There was no handles on bedroom furniture so could not use drawers. For the money I paid for this unit, I was not pleased with the condition of it.

Christmas getaway

Thought the host of this property was not doing her job. Asked several questions before we got there. She didn’t respond a lot of could have been handled before we got there. Great property. Just dirty. Floors are filthy. Not by looking but walk barefoot and there black instantly. Under the beds under the couches. Looks like they have never been moved. Only reason I noticed I dropped my pill box. Not a good idea. I’ve maker was filthy. Asked about she ignored me. So had to wait til Mon to get it fixed. Only other thing is more cooking utensils. If a family wanted to cook it would be hard to. Few light bulbs out no big deal bathroom vent didn’t work but not big issues
