Location was amazing - close enough to walk to Rosemary, near lots of amenities, and easy parking. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

perfect location for us. Pool not heated 1st couple of days of our stay. Management very responsive - dryer did not work till 3 days before we departed which was inconvenient but management communicated with us. Overall enjoyed property

We loved it here! It was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. There was some, but not much cooking supplies. No spices, cooking oils, or anything like that. Not a huge deal, just something to note. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. We’d highly recommend the place!

Location is amazing. Very close to Rosemary Beach and walkable to the beach. The Unit itself needs some updates- furniture appears worn and stained. Bare minimum supplies provided in kitchen. Balcony view is somewhat obstructed now due to new wooden support beams that are not pictured in listing. Overall a nice place for short stay. Location again is fantastic!

Location, location, location.

Great place to stay!! Only a couple of things which are minor, televisions in both bedrooms did not work properly and no ice maker in refrigerator. We get the ice maker, seems like they never work properly, but it should be in the listing. Otherwise , I wouldn't know why anyone wouldn't love to stay there. We plan on coming back.

The condo is stunning, large, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is FABULOUS and we loved the bikes. The building itself is obviously experiencing some structural challenges and the wood framing on all the porches was a little unsettling. The rooftop bar that was advertised is not a bar at all - it is simply a place you can go and view the area, watch the sunset, etc. There is no service there, and the elevator in that building is broken so you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get there. The unit above us had a leak and when we called, the reapir crew was there IMMEDIATELY. We received an email from a concierge service about beach setups, golf cart rentals, bonfires on the beach...and we immediately replied that we wanted to be contacted. They never did. All in all, we loved the mini-vacation and we would stay there again, but renters need to know the circumstances.

To clarify for future guests: the property does have a rooftop terrace with beautiful views, and you’re welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy the sunset but it is not a bar and does not offer service. Apologies for any confusion caused and we will have maintenance check the elevator. We’re glad our team responded promptly to the leak issue, but we’re sorry the concierge service didn’t follow up as expected. We’ll review this process to ensure better communication moving forward. Property manager did not know the correct information about the area. He had earlier stated to us that the town of Rosemary Beach was golf cart friendly and in fact they are banned there. Just incorrect information..

We have stayed at The Pointe at least 10 times over the past several years. We usually love it because of the amenities offered as well as the idea locale. However this trip did not meet our expectations. We were not notified of the existing structural issues with the building. Temporary support beams are obscuring the view of much of the building. This should have been disclosed before letting clients reserve the property. Also we had multiple maintenance issues with room 333 we had to deal with such as … the dishwasher would not work, the disposal didn’t work, the ice maker didn’t work, the glass shower door was coming off the hinges, and other items we corrected ourselves because we were tired of calling maintenance and having various repair people in our rooms for the first 3 days. The property manager should have been aware of these items. So sorry to have to give these details but someone needs to pay closer attention to this property. As mentioned earlier we have never had an issue in any of our previous units in this property and hope that this is just a “one off” unusual event. Look forward to visiting again in the future if issues can be addressed.
