The space
With multiple areas to entertain, the dining area is a must-see! The high ceilings. open floorplan and plethora of seating make dining for a large group effortless. The main level formal dining room can seat 10, with a bar table and patio seating for extra room. Wind down in the movie theatre, living area, or upstairs loft. Featuring a tree-top themed bedroom, full arcade, movie theatre, private pool, and hot tub, the adventures are endless within this property! Grab your drink of choice and enjoy the serenity of your own private, lanai-enclosed pool! There is a pool and hot tub that can be heated (for a fee) and is equipped with underwater lighting for nighttime swims. The family-friendly outdoor area includes a safety gate to ensure children can play worry-free. Parking is available in the driveway and street at your convenience.

Guests access to a selection of swimming pools; perfect for kids who the waterslides and splash park. Adults can take advantage of the lazy river, or relax in peace under a private cabana. The perfect space to unwind and recharge after fun-filled days at Orland’s famous parks. Guests of Champion gate Resort also have access to a movie theater, a shop, and a spa. On-site, the resort has a restaurant and bar, including a poolside grill, a sports bar, and a clubhouse.

The property is stocked with all of the essentials you will need to get your stay started including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dishwasher pod, and trash bags.

The pool and hot tub heat will cost $35 per day and it will be charged for your entire stay.

Champions Gate is a secured resort. We will reach out to confirm all guests over 18 and will ensure they are on the security gate lists for easy arrival to the resort

POOL MAINTENANCE
The pool, spa, and equipment are cleaned and maintained by a professional pool service on a regular basis. As with any machinery, mechanical issues do occasionally occur as well as the need to shock a pool when the posted pool instructions that help keep the filtration systems working properly are not followed. If a pool issue is encountered during your stay, we will alert the pool contractor and ask them to attend to the issue as soon as possible.

PEST CONTROL
This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, being in the sub-tropical climate of Central Florida there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Palmetto bugs and other insects are very common in this area, and a wayward bug found inside a home is not indicative of an infestation.

When you arrive at the property, you should find everything you need to get your vacation started. Guests are responsible for replenishing their own additional products during their vacation stay. Here are the items you will find upon arrival:
