El dormitorio principal de playa, frente, con baño en suite, con una cama grande y muy cómoda de tamaño king, y da acceso directo a la terraza de gran tamaño. Hay un montón de espacio en el armario, y está amueblada con TV de pantalla plana con cable. El segundo dormitorio da un amplio espacio para dormir con una cama queen más una combinación litera completa / doble, y también está equipado con un televisor. El tercer dormitorio privado está muy bien diseñada con una cama queen size invitando, y está decorado para que se sienta como en casa.

En la gran sala de estar, relajarse con los sillones abundantes, gran televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD, zona de comedor para 6, y el acceso directo a la terraza frente al mar. Pasa un poco de tiempo en la zona al aire libre muy privado y bien amuebladas, y echar un vistazo a los delfines jugando, o sentarse para una vista de primera fila de la increíble Golfo de México puestas de sol.

Winter Escape

I was very fortunate to get a last-minute booking for a very reasonable price! The Highpoint of the stay is location, location, location! Being right on the beach, and with walking distance to whatever else might be needed an absolute bonus! The condo is large and accommodating for Families with the bunkbeds and three beds located in three bedrooms. It is an older building, and therefore has little things that could be tweaked to make it very comfortable! On the second floor is always a challenge due to neighbors from above, below and side-by-side, perhaps not having the best vacation etiquette. I enjoyed my stay and the assistance of Xplorie and Itrip vacations! I would return and look to be on the fifth floor☺️

Fabulous Location

Location was great and condo was clean and comfortable. Elevator was down for a couple of days and not a problem as long as the doorway to the stairs was propped open. We also didn't have hot water our last night there but it was late when we realized it so reported it in the morning as we were leaving. Overall, was a great stay and would stay again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo was very comfortable for our family, we found it very clean and met all our expectations. The views of the gulf and the beach were amazing from the huge ocean front balcony. The only observation we have is that the kitchen could have been a little better equipped with kitchen utensils. There were no teaspoons available and we literally had to go out and buy a potato masher.

Great condo, beautiful location!

This condo was perfect for or family. LOTS of room! Perfect location. Steps right out to the beach and within walking distance to John's Pass and lots of restaurants. The condo was clean and pretty up to date mostly. The sheets on the beds weren't the best but not terrible....just not super soft. The water pressure wasn't the greatest in the sink or fridge water dispenser but it was ok in the showers. The patio was huge and you can watch the perfect sunsets from it! The pool is small but nice. The maintenance man we encountered on day one wasn't the friendliest but that was the only time we dealt with him. The elevator is quick. The lock to our condo was finicky so we had to really make sure.it was actually locked before we left each time. The building seems pretty old so sounds, people walking, music etc is pretty loud at times. I think floor fans added to each room would help especially while trying to sleep to drown out the noises. Overall great experience and we would stay again.

Spacious and Convenient

The condo is a great size for a family of 4. We really appreciated having laundry directly in the unit. Other things that made the stay easier was being located next to Caddy's when you wanted a quick snack or drink, as well as the convenience store being directly across the street when you realize you need something. It's a pretty central location to both the Clearwater side of town and St. Pete, which actually encouraged us to explore more towards St. Pete, since we normally stay closer to Clearwater. The condo was immaculately clean. The only "complaint" we had related to the number of physical keys needed to access everything on the property. I'm sure this is due to the people visiting Caddy's and trying to ensure the space is secured, which is good. But it would be helpful for those to be switched to a key pad or something easier for guests to manage.

Amazing atmosphere

This property, condo and area were wonderful for our family of 7. Everything you need for your stay is close by. The condo was clean and the property team was quick to fix any issues. The condo is right on the beach and easy access to get to, which is a convince for little ones. What a great way to kick off our summer. We will definitely be back next summer. Thank you

Spring break 2022

Location was nice! Walked most places and the teens loved being so close to candy kitchen. Beach was beautiful and not crowded so that’s a plus. Pros: perfect spot overlooking the beach, second floor is ideal, quiet location, right next door to a bar/restaurant so good music while on the beach, plenty of towels Cons: parking was tight

Loacation Fabulous, a few small maintenance issues.

This was a very great location even though Caddy’s got a little noisy sometimes. Love listening to the ocean. However, I do have some suggestions to make renter’s stay more enjoyable: Better and more comfortable patio furniture for the balcony. Folding chairs and a card table just doesn’t get it. Visitors spend much of the time out there because it is so beautiful and relaxing. I like to eat all my meals out there as well as just relaxing and listening to the ocean or reading a book. Put up 4 panels of curtains so they work properly and secure the rod brackets properly. Leave better instructions on how to use the TV and cable TV. We were unable to access live TV and watch some of the weekly TV programs we like. Also, a kitchen wall, refrigerator and some of the cabinets had leftover food residue on them from previous renters and floors did not feel entirely clean when we got there. I had to clean the washer before I could use it because it had mold in it.

Great place

Great place. All good except we couldn't grill outside. Bummer. Our room wasn't really clean when we arrived. Surface clean yes but the corners and baseboards were not clean at all. We didn't complain but our feet got dirt from walking around barefoot.

Great place right on the beach!!

This place was great! For years we typically stayed on Treasure Island. We thought we would give Madeira Beach a try. We were pleasantly surprised. At Treasure Island you often times have to walk two hundred yards to get to the beach. Sounds like no big deal, but if you are like me (a.k.a., the family Sherpa- carrying loads of stuff) it helps to be right on the beach. My 81 year old mother could throw a softball off the balcony and hit the water. Beach is great. Not crowded at all. Condo impressions - very spacious and clean. - Kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook. - Laundry in unit is huge (We should have packed way less). - There were TVs in all rooms. We could connect to our YoutubeTV, Netflix, Amazon prime on the smart TVs - Internet connection worked fine Proximity to local restaurants /bars/stores There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and John's Pass is about a mile away (jet ski rentals, charter boats, bike rentals, shops, bars, restaurants). The bonus is Caddy's restaurant/beach bar, that is right next door. This was great to grab a mixed drink and walk to the beach (maybe 50 feet away). Grocery/shopping stores are all close by as well. We had a few small things we needed help on and the iTrip folks were very responsive (literally replied in a few minutes via text). The only two small things that were annoying 1) the key you needed to get into the pool and beach. It was a physical key you need to get in both ways. Again, carrying a bunch of things it was not helpful to have to put a key in the fence lock. 2) Elevator code- the code to get the elevator to come down was odd. While it was part of the instructions, I forgot that when I was coming in for the first time. During our stay, we saw other new arrivals having the same issue. Not a big deal on either issue (thought I would leave feedback for the building Mgt/HOA). End of the day, I would highly recommend this place. I would definitely come back to this place again.

Very disappointed

Very bad, very unsatisfactory. The garage says 7’ clearance in some spots it is and most others it’s under 6’10 the condo was dirty, looked like the cleaning crew swept everything under the couch and beds. All door locks on the bedrooms where busted the top extra lock on main door busted. The sink drain stopper busted we had to go buy one. Screen on sliding glass door to balcony ripped halfway out. Refrigerator leaked water constantly into kitchen and hallway. And last but not least. If your handicap don’t rent from this property no handicap parking.

Madeira Beach

Positive location to Gulf, shopping and food. Building had only 15 units so it was quiet. Parking can be an issue with only one assigned space for a three bedroom unit. Elevator didn’t work for three different days making it difficult for any older/handicapped residents.

Fabulous View and Location

The location and view from the balcony is a 5++. Beach is so close and can walk for ever! Loved how close to the water the building is and direct view from balcony. Beds and furniture were good. Unit could be cleaner. Surface clean only. No vacuum available. No extra comfort amenities such as extra kitchen towels, throw rugs in kitchen and bathrooms. No cart to haul in gear when checking in. Patio doors difficult to open and close. Patio screens broken. Overall, we love the area and the beautiful balcony. Condo could have some updates for the rate paid. Location and view is a 5++. Condo is a 4.

Some bad, some good.

Bad: we left the designated parking space empty for a few hours, maybe four. There were people in the unit as my husband is recuperating from a brain tumor removal.. SOMEONE ON THE BOARD of the property told the maintenance people to throw away $600 worth of brand new beach stuff, a tent, 4 chairs, a cooler, a beach bag full of sunscreen, hats and toys from the area for the unit that we put out everyday. The storage bin was full so we folded and packed everything behind it neatly stored. No one came to notify us or anything. We were here a month. We called the rental people, they didn't know anything. Other people at the place saw what happened and told us two days later. The water pressure is terrible in the kitchen. Take bottled gallons for cooking, coffee, etc. Bathroom(master) had layers of soap scum on threshold. I tried to clean with Clorox bleach spray but needed a scrapper. Toilet needed to take off lid and work the flow thing for tank to fill. Roaches in kitchen and living room. Good: Called rental maintenance they sent someone out that day, then the next week for a follow up monthly spray for roaches. Good: The place is right on the beach. Good:Had pool to ourselves. Good:Very conveniently located to everything. Good:Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes ,coffee maker, crockpot,etc. Good:Beds were comfortable.. Good:Had a washer and dryer in the unit.
