Las Brisas #402 - Get away from it all at this direct beach front 3 bedroom 2 bath unit at Las Brisas Condos in Madeira Beach. Large living area with flat screen t.v., access to the balcony and ample seating for you and your family or friends. Updated kitchen with everything you need. There is ONE parking spot for this condo. There is no additional parking on this property. One car only can be parked at Las Brisas for #402.

Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath as well as access to the balcony. Second bedroom has two queen beds and sleeps 4. The guest bedroom has two single beds. Unit sleeps 8 total.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Las Brisas is located on a quieter stretch of Madeira Beach yet close to restaurants, pubs, supermarket, library and City Center. Large heated beachside pool with ample lounges. Experience incredible Madeira Beach Sunsets all year long due to the direct west exposure.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

This prime condo is just one mile away from popular John's Pass Village which offers a variety of restaurants, unique shopping and entertainment along a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn of the century fishing village and Pinellas County's number one tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Great Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had trouble with communicate, we emailed several times never got response. We finally got a call back an hour out to tell us that the property was ready to go in. It was a nice three bedroom two bath. Master bed sheets or scratchy and rough like sandpaper I would recommend using fabric softener are buying a better quality sheet some of the dishes were still dirty. I'm pretty sure they don't wash down the couch or loveseat they're kind of sticky and gross. The elevator broke almost everyday. The pool was lovely it was nice and cool it was refreshing After hot days on the beach. The walls to the condo where paper thin you could hear everything especially when the people upstairs were moving around. Beware there is only one parking spot for 402 other three bedrooms have two.

Great condo on the beach

This updated clean condo was right on the beach. We saw quite a few dolphins right from our balcony. It was clean and close to a lot of dining locations.

Great place on the beach

Upon arrival, at 3pm, our unit wasn’t quite ready yet. After a quick trip for snacks, we finally had the code email for check in. The first day the tv was not working properly. After submitting a fix it form and a visit from maintenance it was determined that a new tv was necessary and promptly delivered. The location could not be beat. Right on the beach and across the street from many delicious restaurants! Publix is just over the bridge and it made grocery shopping a breeze. The only thing that was a little disappointing was no beach toys, chairs, towels. This was the first place I’ve stayed at here that had nothing for the beach:( The unit did have an air fryer though and that was a nice touch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good unit, clean and well designed. Very good location. Our only complaint is the non-functional thermostat. We reported it early in our stay and a repair man came out, looked at it and said we need a new thermostat and left. There was no followup. With no heat control, it was very uncomfortable on occasion. Other than that I would ask for the same unit next year.
