The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, is large and opens to the pool. It has an equally impressive Ensuite with a bath tub, shower, bidet and a separate closet. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and also opens to the pool. It shares a large Jack and Jill bathroom with the 3rd Bedroom which has a Queen bed. It is perfect for a Group or family. The large lounge has a couch that can also flatten to create a further sleeping space. Match that with a large high definition smart TV and cable. The pool is located in a perfect balance of sun and shade with places to lounge deck side. If you enjoy outside dining then you will be equally impressed by the full outside kitchen, the envy of any chef. There is a covered palapa overlooking the water. where troubles melt away as you relax in a hammock for a well earned rest. Each morning you will enjoy waking to look at the perfectly manicured gardens that make this a local paradise, all cared for by the onsite gardener. Each evening, try a different cocktail on the rooftop deck.

Allamanda Del Mar is located 3 minutes North of Placencia Village via car (about 5 min via golf cart). Both Placencia Village and Maya Beach are home to many restaurants, bars shopping, coffee shops and other activities.
