This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers an additional den and 1715 Square feet. When you walk into the front door you enter the den that has a sleeper sofa and is a great place for the kids to hangout. Two bedrooms and a full bath are towards the waterside of the home. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and the other a Queen bed, both bedrooms have a wonderful view of Aransas Bay. There is a large patio out the back door where you will also find the private hot tub overlooking the water. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. The master bedroom and bath are also on this level with an additional half bath. The master has a King size bed and the bath room is amazing. Soak in the oversized tub and watch your favorite show. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Great house and location

Overall a great experience. Strengths were location and the spaces. Host was responsive to our needs when the wifi was temporarily not working. Private hot tub and shared pool (not busy during our week in April) were great. Would have been even better if the VRBO location had been more accurate and they provided a wine opener to go with all the glasses.

Great location

Just as advertised, enjoyed the sunset from back porch. Great views of Fulton fishing pier, walking distance to restaurants. Over all great location.

Great home!

We had a great stay, the home is new and very clean. The pool has no shade, so bring an umbrella. If you bring coffee, make sure you bring Keurig cups. There are no rugs in the house or brooms or vacuum so I would suggest you do not wear your shoes in the house as the floor gets very dirty after a few days since there are no rugs and there is no way to clean it up. Overall the house is very nice and the property manager is very easy to work with. The town is great if you are looking for a quite fisherman's town. If you are looking for a beach where you can walk out or sit in the sand, this is not the place but you can drive about 5 min to a small beach and 35min to a large beach. I would definitely recommend this house.

Immaculate and new with a great view

We loved the location and quiet small town vibes, with an HEB grocery store and a Walmart just minutes away. The property description and expectations were accurate. This is not a stocked and homey rental, it’s new construction with water views. It was very clean and almost minimalist in its contents, but we had what we needed. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and with one email it was resolved quickly. The location gave us lots of options, from spending time in Corpus Christi (USS Lexington, Selena memorial, mini golf, ghost tour) to a day on Port Aransas (beach time!). There were lots of options for fishing charters, enjoying nature. And eating seafood. Check in and out were both very easy and we really enjoyed our stay in this area and this specific rental.

Everything I the home was perfect.Tracey was great to work with and took care of everything for us. The Fulton’s Irish pub is right now the street and was a short walk. They had great food and the food was awesome. The views off the back porch to the bay were spectacular. We will be back!
