This beautiful upscale house is centrally located to everything. Driving west less than one hour there is Clearwater Beach, ranked #1 in the south by USA Today, St Pete Beach, Anna Marie Island and the Tarpon Springs sponge docks. Driving east less than 1 hour there is Walt Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, and Gatorland. Within 20 minutes driving time, you will find Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Cafe, the Florida Acquarium, Dinosaur World, the Florida State Fairgrounds, the Strawberry Festival, Ybor City and the Manatee Viewing Center.

We are pet friendly so come and relax in this beautiful cozy house that has access to Lake Valrico. Enjoy the 5 person peddle boat that comes with booking the house. The lake has clear water and great fishing.

We loved our stay. The home is very spacious and exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

Quintella left the place extremely clean and notified us when she left so we could get the cleaners in immediately to get ready for the next guests coming in later that day and follwed the house rulesaccordingly. We would definitely have them stay again.

Love the heated pool and at home atmosphere. Convenient location as we were there for work and also close enough for family to see us while there.

Spectacular home

The house is amazing! Very spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The kids had a great time fishing from the dock. Would definitely recommend this house to everyone.

Our Tampa Family Vacation

We traveled to Tampa with my family of 5 and my sisters Family of 5. This house offered a great location just outside of tampa. The pool was a huge hit with the teens and preteens in the group. If i comeback to Brandon would most definitely stay here again.

Visiting for a Wedding in Plant City (10 out of 10)

The property was phenomenal! Nice, clean, spacious; we really enjoyed the backyard area, which included more things to do besides swim. My only one change is having a restroom (toilet, sink) on the side of the house where the laundry area is located

Plenty of comfortable space

Our stay was wonderful! The eight of us enjoyed the heated pool, large clean space with plenty of beds and rooms, the rain head showers and the useful kitchen space. We felt very welcomed by the Christmas lights and decorations, and the welcome book with stay instructions and helpful recommendations. Loved it!

Family wedding

Stayed at the house so we could attend a family wedding nearby. The house was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable with all the things we needed. The pool was our favorite part. Absolutely fantastic and would 100% book again.

The pool wasn't heated. That is the only complaint. We wanted to enjoy the pool at night but it was too cold. So not all of us were able to enjoy it. We also thought the lake was like in the back yard...lol. we never made it the lake either Overall LOVE the house! Enough room for everyone and very clean!! I would stay here again!

The pool stays between 83-90 while guests are staying at the house. A heated pool is not the temperature of a jacuzzi like in the mid to high 90’s. Water temperature is relative person to person. Some people think 80 is heated and feels fantastic while others think mid 90’s is necessary to be called heated. If there is an extended cold spell, it is impossible for the heater to maintain a water temperature in the 80’s even running 24/7. Also, it takes two or three hours to raise the temperature of a pool 1 degree. So, it’s a lengthy process at times to maintain a consistent “heated” temperature for guests that have short stays during a cold spell or initial start up between guests.

George was a great host. Very responsive property was clean and spacious. When booking I thought the house was on the lake from the pictures. The lake is a short drive up the block. So we didn't get to use or enjoy it. Other than that was a really nice house
