The whole family will love the amazing lake views and direct water access by way of the 40-foot dock. Enjoy all four seasons at this quintessential New Hampshire modern lake house. Lounge in the beautifully landscaped backyard complete with multiple seating areas, cornhole, hammock, and a firepit, as well as a unique, covered swing bar. There’s even a pump-fed artificial waterfall and stream to help you to unwind. The furnished back deck is primed for outdoor leisure and includes a gas grill for alfresco dining and a gas fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars.

The inviting interior has been recently updated and refurbished for complete modern comfort with air-conditioning. The gleaming, stainless-steel kitchen comes well-equipped with everything you need for home cooking. Two separate living areas provide flexible household accommodations for the whole group while smart TVs in nearly every bedroom and the three-season room offer convenient entertainment. Home essentials include free WiFi, and a washer/dryer. Kayaks, paddleboards, fishing poles, and yard games are also provided for use during your stay.

The home is just a few minutes from downtown Meredith, Laconia, Gilford and the many great bars and restaurants they have to offer. Family-friendly attractions and landmarks like Weirs Beach, FunSpot, Gunstock, Moulton Farms, and the Tilton Outlets are all also within easy reach of home.
