Great spot for a girl’s trip!

We had such a wonderful time at this VRBO. It was the perfect distance from downtown - close enough to Uber at a reasonable price and far enough that it was peaceful and quiet. It was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. 10/10!

Cute house

Overall we found the property to be nice. It is an older home but has been updated. The listing said it had 1 bathroom but it really had 2. One of the bedrooms had a futon which wasn’t suitable for sleeping. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had some basics but didn’t have things like a can opener, cork screw, sheet pan. But overall a good value.

Mixed bag

When we checked into the house it started with a BANG in the wrong way. Unbeknownst to us the railing going up the stairs was broken and one of the older women in our party almost fell because it was rusted and broken. After walking into the property we noticed that the floors had human hair all over the bathroom floor. It was very disgusting. On top of that we did not have pillow cases on all the pillows. One of the pillows that did have a pillow case was obviously dirty we’ll just say that. One of the bathrooms did not have any toilet paper. We immediately messaged the management company, it took about 45 min to get a call back. I will say they quickly sent over the items that we were missing. The gentleman that called us was very polite and professional. Overall it was a good location to get downtown. Neighborhood is a little run down but 5 minute drive to downtown.

Great Property & Location

Went on vacation with my wife, children, and family visting from another country. We wanted to show them around Downtown Savannah and surrounding areas so this property was in a great location without the extra cost that came with down town location or beach location. The house had two bathrooms (the description only said one but the owner confirmed there where two) The futon bed needs to be updated or replaced its not really that great to sleep on but it works fine to sit. The house looked to be recently renovated and everything works perfect. The beds where comfortable an the property was clean. The neighbors were very friendly. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood so a lot of the houses are old and a little run down but it was NOT dangerous. A few of the houses were being renovated. Overall the property was perfect for us and I would definitely book this property again if we return to the area. The price compared to other properties was what sold us but since we didn't see any reviews we were not sure if we would like the property.
