WOW!!! A stunning terrace : all the incredible gems of Florence just in front of you
This apartment is elegant, sophisticated, central...It is The Place to be to enjoy this incredible city. It is my Home ... I leave it to you when I travel. I hope you will love it as much as I do.
Most important: a loooot of stairs!
The apartment is on 3 levels. The main level has a big living room, kitchen and a small bathroom.
10 steps down, there is a bedroom with a big bed and en suite bathroom
10 steps up, the master bedroom, very big with en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi.
10 steps further up the terrace.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator, there are 85 steps so don't be scared by stairs otherwise, it's not the right place for you.
The neighborhood.... Well it’s not exactly a neighborhood but it’s a different world, embedded between the river and the beautiful hills which bring you to Piazzale Michelangelo and forte Belvedere.
San Niccolò is, maybe, the most vintage place , with its medieval walls still perfect and its small narrow streets. It has still today a completely different atmosphere, like a small village living its own life even if it is few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Santa Croce.
I recommend to spend some time there and then climb to Piazzale Michel Angelo. Otherwise you can visit the small shops on via di San Niccolò , art galleries and have a good coffee. Don’t miss the rose garden with more that a thousand different varieties of roses.
You can have a nice walk in the public gardens few minutes from the apartment.
There are some very good restaurants and the coffee shops with their terrace just below the apartment are made to enjoy the florentine slow life.
