Nestled at the base of Park City Mountain, this ski-in/ski-out condo is a true delight for outdoor enthusiasts. In the winter months, GB's Run and Jenni's Trail pass right by the complex - leading you down to the base of the Eagle, 3 Kings, and First Time Lifts a few hundred feet away.

As a true ski-in/out retreat, this condo sits on the ground floor of its building, right at the edge of the woods. Within the complex, you can access an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The sports fields of City Park (less than half a mile), the Main Street Historic District (one mile), Deer Valley Resort (four miles), and Canyons Village (four miles) are close by as well.

Begin each summer morning with coffee and breakfast on the patio, and return after a day of hiking and mountain biking to barbecue dinner on the gas grill. Come winter, you can flip on the gas fireplace, stream a favorite movie in the living room, and watch the snow fall from a warm seat on the sofa.

The interior is chic and modern, decorated with contemporary furnishings in a soft, neutral palette. When you're not out and about in town, you'll have an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dual oven, Keurig, drip coffee maker, a spacious dining table, and two bedrooms - each with its own bathroom and smart TV.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
