Oceanfront condo with 3 shared pools, seaside balcony, and sound side dock.

Beautifully appointed oceanfront condo set up for the perfect family vacation! Located in Atlantic Beach, NC, this little piece of heaven is the best spot to relax and explore! Enjoy the ocean view from one of two porches with views of both the sea and the pool. Dunescape Villas 248 is a 2nd floor unit. Kitchen is fully stocked and newly renovated with new countertops and appliances. Wet bar is conveniently located for that afternoon cocktail or packing a cooler for a day on the beach or boat! Primary bedroom has queen bed and private porch looking out over the ocean, with full bath. Second bedroom has bunk bed (twin over full) and one single twin bed, with full hall bath nearby. The third bedroom has a queen bed, with private 1/2 bath. Wireless internet and TVs in Living/Primary bedroom.
A private entryway screened porch allows a place to store your beach toys. This is a great spot for guests to remove shoes and clean off any lingering sand before entering. Washer/dryer in storage closet connected to screen porch.

Other amenities include oceanfront warm season pools, elevators (with luggage racks and grocery carts to help with moving in), access to Bogue Sound, boat storage and day dock available (public boat launch 1 mile away). Community Grill(charcoal) on sight, and access, with gazebo/ boardwalk leading to the beach.


The NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 3 miles away. If you're lucky, you could catch Sea Turtle nest hatching right on the beach! The Atlantic Beach Circle is within walking distance as well as the Atlantic Beach Town Park, featuring mini golf, a skate park and splash pad! Fort Macon State Park is a fun/historic outing minutes away. Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts provide fantastic dining and shopping opportunities as well as great sight seeing within a 20 minute drive.

My large family stayed here the week of Labor Day and we had the BEST time. Check in was easy. The place was beautiful and clean. Communication with the owners was incredible. There was about a 10 minute span where we thought we had locked ourselves out (we hadn't - and got in quite easily once we realized lol) but I messaged the owner on here right away and got a phone call from him less than 5 minutes later. Can't say enough good things about it. We spent most of our time at the beach and pools, but they left a really comprehensive binder explaining the property that even included a list of fun stuff to see and do in the area. This place was everything they advertised and SO much more. We're hoping to come back next Summer and do it all over again!

Check-in was easy. Kitchen is well-equipped. The location is excellent with a fantastic view of the ocean. The apartment itself is clean and largely remodeled and comfortable. Easily could accommodate 6 people. Convenient to Atlantic Beach, Morehead City and the aquarium.

Gorgeous quiet condo with beautiful views

Our family enjoyed this beautiful condo. It was very clean and seemed newly decorated. Easy walk to the beach with beautiful views of the beach and the quiet pool. Dunescape Villas is really well maintained, with showers, trash cans, and a nice elevator. Very close to everything in Atlantic Beach but never feeling crowded on the beach. We really appreciated use of the shibumi and beach chairs in the owners storage. And we loved the two porches for enjoying the waves with our morning coffee. Modern and well stocked kitchen as well. We hope to be back!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Dunescapes Villa! Everything was perfect! Our rooms and accommodations were spectacular! I could see the beautiful ocean and lovely pool from our balcony.We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach were an easy walk from our condo and both were fully visible from our balcony. With 3 pools to choose from, the one closest to us was never over crowded. The condo was clean and well equipped with kitchen items, towels, and blankets. Our days were spent mostly at the pool and our nights playing chess and Old Maid (games provided).

Vacation HOME

Had a great time. Easy beach access, great views and awesome sunsets. This home was everything it claimed and more. Don't worry if you forgot something it is probally here, everything you need to cook. This may be a rentle but it feels like you are staying at someones home. We will use this home next time we visit this area.

Wonderful getaway!

The property was just as described and a great location. The ease of the beach access was perfect and my son loved spending time after dinner playing the various card games! Communication was wonderful. We loved our few days here!

Convenient and Relaxing

Thank you! We enjoyed your condo. We have two young adult kids so it worked out that that they each had their own bedroom. The pool was so nice and clean and the beach is steps away and beautiful. We wanted to become more familiar with the area since our son lives in New Bern It was a great location. We would love to come back!

Awesome View

Wonderful accommodations, made for a memorable week at the beach. A big plus is the well stocked beach supply closet that we had access to. Had a lot of our own stuff because it's not typical to have that much supplied by the owner!! It's a real plus!! The location is excellent; convenient to so many popular spots on the Crystal Coast!

Condo was clean and easy to get to. Only problem was the elevator broke down when we were going to leave. We heard this happens often. Great weather and the beach was nice. We will be back.

Beautiful fully equipped clean condo with beautiful views!

We stayed with another couple for the Big Rock. Perfect location! Area for leaving beach chairs just inside with easy beach access. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a weekend beach trip with trips back and forth to the Big Rock. Will definitely be back!
