The ocean views are amazing from this totally updated, ultra-clean, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo corner unit with extra windows. Open floor plan with updated kitchen along with spacious ocean-front bedroom and guest bedrooms each with private baths, perfect for memorable family getaway. Enjoy oceanfront dining from your private balcony with comfortable seating. Before you choose another unit, read the reviews from our recent clients to see how we go over and above to make your stay a great one!

Amenities include multiple outdoor pools, walking /jogging trails, fitness center, sound side marina and of course the beautiful ocean! Close to NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, and Crystal Coast golf course.

As many of our guests prefer to bring their own linens, OUR UNIT DOES NOT COME WITH LINENS (sheets or towels) PROVIDED. Bed sizes are 2 twin beds, 1 standard king, and 1 split king. Renters must bring their own sheets/towels or choose to request these items directly with the owner.

This is the second time we have rented the condo. It is wonderful. The views are beautiful. The place is clean and the hosts are amazing. I would recommend this rental highly. It is a wonderful place to relax and then enjoy your time at the beach.

We booked this unit for the last week of May because kids are still in school and the beach is less crowded. The island was much quieter than it is in the peak of summer which made for a more relaxed vacation. The unit is lovely and we really appreciated having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of good quality pots and pans. The weather was gorgeous, although there were red flag warnings on the beach every day except our last, but as there's a lovely pool I didn't mind not being able to swim in the ocean. The pool was a little nippy, which is to be expected at the end of May- it just meant that I had to really exercise and not float! And as 3 of the 4 of us on this trip are senior citizens we really appreciated the elevator. Overall great experience and we highly recommend dining at Amos Mosquito's in Atlantic Beach which we had heard about on the show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. It not a diner, drive-in or dive but rather a casual seafood restaurant with a varied menu and fun staff.

Richard was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. The condo was beautiful as well as the view. My parents, who are in their 80s, sat at the window all week watching the ocean, the birds, and the dolphins! I loved the easy beach access. The master bedroom had a split head king bed not a split king but we figured it out. You can't go wrong renting this condo!

Richard was very welcoming and gave detailed and helpfulinstructions on the condominium’s location. It was very clean, attractively decorated, had a well equipped kitchen, and a dynamite view. We all loved sitting by the windows and watching the porpoises and magnificent waves roll in.

Beautiful Property / Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well maintained. Hosts were friendly and on top of keeping us informed about everything. Easy check in and out. Has a fantastic view. Our only negative was the bed in the master bedroom. It is a split sleep number bed and I’m sure a lot of people would love that but it doesn’t suit how we sleep. Other than that that, it’s a great property.

Annual Family Beach Trip

The unit was exactly what we needed and met our expectations. The owner was very nice and available for any questions or concerns we had. Thanks Richard for being such a great host. The only reason I gave the stay a four is because the pool was outdated and wasn’t cleaned on a daily basis.

Beach vacation

We had a beautiful week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from this unit is wonderful and we saw dolphins almost every day. The unit is well equipped and owners are easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.
