This quintessential New England coastal home embodies the Ogunquit Beach lifestyle, with cool ocean breezes flowing from its wraparound front porch to its beautifully decorated 6 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms. This classic, three-level home is one of the most photographed properties in Ogunquit!

The property is 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom and sleeps 16 people! Making it the ideal vacation get away for larger parties, family celebrations or a couples group trip that needs extra room. Guests always say their favorite feature is sitting on the new rocking chairs out front watching the people go by and listening to the bustling town each evening.

Absolutely love this house! It's so beautiful and warm and friendly! The location is fantastic and the town is just the best! Would highly recommend!

We were all older adults. Did not see the owner. No instructions for the coffee machine. When we arrived there was only the very ends of the rolls left on the toilet roll in ALL the bathrooms , with NO other rolls in the house.The shampoo/conditioner and body soap containers were all empty in all bathrooms with just a refill container on the side of the tub. We have stayed in VRBO locations many times before and this stay was less then good. The kitchen was lacking in large pots for cooking and the silverware was Very limited.The location was great and the space was large enough for all 10 of us. It was the bathrooms and the kitchen that could have been better.

Incredible stay Scott's house. He couldn't have been a better host, and this home was perfect for our family. We love Ogunquit and plan to return!!

Best location for a weekend stay!

Stayed at the property for a weekend getaway with a big group. The location was as advertised and perfect. The house was stocked with everything was needed and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful - even responding when we needed recommendations on little things like where to park! Would definitely stay again!

60th Birthday Weekend

Property was exactly as listed and everyone had an amazing weekend celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday! The only thing I will say is parking is very limited! We had people joining us from Maine and NH and had seven vehicles. Had it been peak season not sure what we would have done!

Best get away home

What a wonderful home to stay in for a mini get away!! This is our second year to return and we plan on extending this tradition! Do many rooms! Great living room to play games or dance! The location is fabulous! Walk to the beach! Walk to the town. Walk to the marginal way! It's simply the best!

Beautiful fall escape

I have been visiting Ogunquit with my family for a decade now, and this house is spectacular. It was so comfortable for our family of 13 including 4 kids. The llocation can't be beat and the host was so responsive and accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better experience and look forward to our next visit!

Amazing!

The house comfortably accommodated 10 women. We sat on the large front porch(bring throw blankets). Location is perfect. We walked to everything, including Perkins Cove. The marginal way was a perfect walk. The beach is very close. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!!.

Perfect location/ delightful house

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay here with extended family. Sandy beach is only a ten minute walk away, and a wide range of shops and restaurants are even closer. Park your car once and leave it there. House is well set-up and worked well for our group. Would definitely try and return.

College Reunion Weekend

This house worked out perfectly for the 8 friends who stayed here. It was in such a perfect location! Didn’t need to drive. Right in the center of everything and 4min beautiful walk to the beach. The wrap around porch was so enjoyable. Plenty of seating and fun to people watch. There was plenty of room in the house. The owner always got back to us when we had questions. Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing weekend!

From booking to checking out, Scott was so responsive and a great host. The house cannot be beat. It is right in the heart of downtown Ogunquit and had everything we needed right there. Our favorite was spending the days and nights on the front porch. Scott and Molly were great hosts and we hope to be back again!

Great stay with friends and family!

This house was perfect for our large group including 3 young kiddos. House has been beautifully restored/updated but still has a charming historic feel. Beds were all super comfy and the living room was perfect for everyone to hang out together! Kitchen is a bit tight for cooking anything more than the basics, but you have every restaurant in town right outside the front door, so wasn't an issue for us! We LOVED the location. We didn't get to take advantage of the beach (or that amazing porch!) as we stayed in winter, but this would be an amazing summer house! Once we parked our cars we didn't move them until we left. Can't wait to come back!

Our stay was excellent, the location is unbeatable, park your car and walk everywhere, beach, market, restaurants, shops all right there. There is comfortable seating on the porch for people watching and there are always friendly people to watch.

Comfort and Elegance in the heart of Ogunquit

This is an expansive, comfortable house, located smack dab in the middle of all that makes Ogunquit such a special place. Eight friends came together to celebrate the wedding of two more friends and 16 Beach St, our home base for the weekend, was more than up to the challenge of hosting brunch before the wedding, drinks after the wedding, and simply being a launching spot for excursions out to dinners at Ogunquit’s great restaurants, singing at the piano bar at The Front Porch, and dancing at Maine Street. All amenities at the house were elegant, comfortable, and ample, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience all that Ogunquit has to offer!

Great get away!

Ogunquit is a great town, and this house is steps away from all the action. Located in town, our group could shop, meet at restaurants, go to the Frobt Porch, walk Marginal Way and visit the beach without ever getting in the car. Communication was superb and the house is lovely. The bedrooms were comfortable with down quilts and nice towels. We had a great stay and plan to return next year. Scott and Molly are great hosts!!!
