Spectacular, secluded property on private dead-end road is a short walk to town (.3 mi), Ogunquit main beach (.7 mi) and the Marginal Way (.7 mi).  Built in 2007, this 2,800 square feet home features 4 spacious bedrooms plus new bonus/bunk room construction and is the perfect getaway for multi-family gatherings sleeping 12 people comfortably. 3 full bathrooms plus a large, private outdoor shower for cooling off after a day at the beach. 

Brand new bunk room is the perfect hang-out spot for kids featuring 4 twin built-in bunk beds with smart TV, hanging chairs for lounging or reading, beverage fridge with sink and a closet full of puzzles and games.

You'll never want to leave the house with 3 outdoor seating areas to rotate throughout the day and night. The back screened-in porch includes a 12 person spacious dining table perfect for entertaining and lobster dinners with loveseat & chair seating area; the side deck includes an outdoor 6-8 person table with BBQ direct line gas grill with seating area.   Extended deck features a wrap-around comfy couch lounge area with direct line easy-start gas fire pit.  BRAND NEW 8-person hot tub is the perfect spot to star-gaze without light pollution on our dead-end street.

The open concept floor-plan is great for social gatherings connecting the kitchen, dining and family rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked ready for entertaining with all cooking utensils and necessities to host a BBQ or lobster bake.

* Large front & side yard can host post-beach yard games and we have all the gear! Wiffle ball, Kanjam, cornhole, bubbles, scooters.

* PING PONG TABLE is located in the unfinished basement. 

* Baby accessories for ultimate convenience - pack n play, countertop high chair, beach pails, toys.

* Beach Accessories - towels, Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle ball, pails, shovels, crab nets and every kind of ball you can imagine.

Well-trained, non-shedding dogs are welcome for an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Wonderful stay

We had a phenomenal stay at Amanda’s place. Large, clean, new and close to the town and the beach. Communication was quick and easy. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay in Ogunquit

Quiet lovely house minutes from the beach and Ogunquit town center. Our second stay and plan to be back again. Amanda is super nice and helpful and her parents are next door if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Lovely and serene

Beautiful, clean and well appointed house surrounded by woods in a very quiet neighborhood 1 minute from downtown Ogunquit. The open floor plan and private deck was great for 2 adults but this would also be a wonderful place for a family. Amanda was very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay there again!

Great Place to Stay

Property was terrific. Great hosts. Made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of suggestions to really enjoy the vacation. We come from Long Island so we know beautiful beaches. This beach was wonderful (especially if you have young kids). Very safe. Lots of room. We had a great time.

Quiet corner minutes from bustling town

The house was exactly as promised. Amanda was easily accessible, and her parents live next door to help out if necessary. Plenty of parking and an easy walk into town allowed for three seperate families to enjoy each other while also doing their own things. Highly recommend!

Ogunquit Family Fun

Comfortable home containing many amenities with room for all. Excellent location for strolling to town and walking to beach. Plenty of parking, outdoor shower, gas grill plus a special "hang-out" room excellent for the younger family members. Extremely responsive hosts supplied all beach amenities needed plus helpful, handy recommendations for dining, shopping, and excursions. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Five Stars isn't enough!

Great Family Getaway!

Excellent stay in Ogunquit

Very clean and just like the pictures. Owners were very responsive to our messages. Large house accommodated 18-24 year olds in the bonus room and many other bedrooms for the rest of us. Walking distance to town but tucked away for privacy. Hot tub was great in the evenings along with the fire table. We would highly recommend for a large group to reconnect.

Incredible family vacation

We arrived and everything was as described, and more. The property was clean and comfortable, and everything we could have wanted was at the house: toys, strollers, umbrellas, towels, ping pong table and balls, fire pit, hot tub, etc. It was also extremely close to downtown and we walked down to the beach, parks, stores, and restaurants with ease (even with a three year old, two year old, and three month old). It was a great spot for our family and we would definitely return.

Ogunquit has been part of my life since I was ten years old. My family spent summers here year after year, and during high school my parents built a home in town where I spent my days at the beach and working in the local shops.

When my husband and I started our own family, my parents subdivided their property so we could build a home right next door continuing the tradition of summers in Ogunquit for another generation. For the past decade, the boys still walk to Papa's next door for pancakes :)

This house has become our special place for making memories together. Long afternoons turn into family wiffle ball tournaments in the front yard, and evenings often end with a walk along the beautiful Marginal Way followed by lobsters and rum punch at Barnacle Billy’s.

We hope you’ll enjoy this home and the magic of Ogunquit as much as our family has for so many years.

The moment we pull into the driveway, we feel like we’re officially on vacation.

Our home sits on a quiet, private dead-end road that feels tucked away in the woods, yet it’s only a short walk to Ogunquit’s charming town center and the beach. You get the best of both worlds - peaceful privacy with easy access to everything Ogunquit has to offer.

Mornings here are something special. It’s common to wake up to families of deer or wild turkeys wandering through the yard, with birds and hummingbirds filling the air.

The property is perfect for families. Kids can roam, play, and explore freely thanks to the quiet road and minimal traffic.

An extra bonus: Grammy and Papa live next door and are longtime Ogunquit locals. They’re always happy to share their favorite recommendations—from the best restaurants and theater nights to the perfect beach spot depending on the tides. And if Papa spots a dusty/sandy car in the driveway, don’t be surprised if he offers to wash it for you :)
