PARKING SPOT 10 SEGUNDA CAMINATA, Four Winds es un condominio de dos habitaciones ubicado directamente en Tuna Wharf. Si te encanta el sonido del agua, te enamorarás de este espacio especial. El primer piso contiene una cocina de galera con estufa de gas. Todos los suministros de cocina esenciales están presentes. Hay un control deslizante fuera de la cocina que conduce a un par de sillas Adirondack para disfrutar de la vista y el sol. El dormitorio del primer piso tiene su propia sala de estar, con un control deslizante que sale al muelle. Las sillas Adirondack te están esperando. Hay una cama queen y una sección de plumón extremadamente cómoda en esta habitación. El baño con ducha a ras de suelo se encuentra en el primer piso. El dormitorio del segundo piso que tiene una cama queen también contiene su propia sala de estar. También hay una bañera Max Versailles y un piano digital inteligente Roland. Este espacio fue renovado en 2012. Hay una pequeña terraza con una vista excepcional del puerto de Rockport desde la habitación del segundo piso. Hay 10 ventanas en tres lados para asegurar la brisa del mar en todo momento. No puedo alquilar a nadie con niños pequeños debido al peligro de ahogamiento. ¡Gracias!

Charming condo on Bearskin Neck wharf

We loved this place! My girlfriend and I spent four delightful days at this condo soaking up the picturesque views of Rockport harbor and the surrounding town from every window. Located in the heart of Bearskin Neck, there are tons of restaurants, shops and art galleries in every direction only footsteps from the front door. Mary Kay was an excellent host and very communicative about how to get there and where to park. The condo was clean and spacious, had comfortable beds, WiFi, A/C and a coffeemaker, toaster and refrigerator in the kitchen to enjoy our breakfasts. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Better than the photos

Marykay’s place has everything you need and more. It was fully stocked, clean and larger than expected. The Adirondack chairs outside out back on the water were perfect place to start, and then the day. We will be back!!!

We had a great weekend staying at the four winds, it is a great little condo right in the heart of everything, location, location, location. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Destination

We spent a long weekend at Four Winds. It was ideal! The location is so convenient. The view is beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay and Mary Kay was so accommodating. We will definitely return to Four Winds.

Lifetime Movie on the East Coast

Four Winds is smack dab in the middle of enchantment. It is very very well appointed and spacious, adorned with MaryK’s personal touches in her artworks. Any question I had was responded to almost immediately. O highly recommend.

Best Place in Rockport and the Essex County Coast!

Staying here is one of those vacations you will remember a lifetime! You simply cannot get a better location, right in the center of the best of Rockport and with views of the iconic Motif #1! People walking by as we came out our front door asked us if we lived there and by the time we left we did feel like locals, so imbedded into the culture thi is! The weather for our stay was amazing but even in the worst of weather you are in the best of places as the house is right on the water, has gorgeous views and is charming and cozy at the same time with a lovely artsy aesthetic. Sit out on your two decks and relax or stay inside and still enjoy Rockport from one of your two levels. One has kitchen, dining, bath and separate bedroom suite with huge couch and TV. Or, go upstairs to a welcoming space with multiple sitting areas, a table we did a puzzle on, balcony, claw foot tub and bed. So charming, cozy and yet spacious. Mary Kay was AMAZING! She made sure to make us feel welcome weeks before our visit so we felt like we were coming to visit family. She was so communicative and accessible and we even got to meet her. I could go on and on but just know we will be back many times and you should too!

Perfect location

You can’t get much closer to the action than Mary Kay’s place! If that’s what your looking for- then you’ve found it. Mary Kay was a great hostess! Fantastic communication and very helpful in helping me plan a fun filled weekend with my family!

Lovely Coastal Holiday

Mary Kay and Four winds are wonderful! The weekend we spent at the property were incredible. I used to summer with family in Rockport, MA and didn’t even know it was possible to stay on Bear Skin Neck. Overall incredible place to stay with incredible communication and charm.

Prime location for Rockport sites

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We could walk to restaurants and shops and a short drive to area attractions. The property is a prime location for artists interested in painting the wharf views and the iconic Motif #1 and visiting the galleries in town. As an artist myself I highly recommend it.

Terrific stay, exceeded all of our expectations.

Four Winds was amazing, and Mary Kay was an outstanding host. You cannot beat the location, and we enjoyed every aspect of staying here. My wife had a reguvinating soak in the giant tub, as I relaxed on the sofa soaking in the fantastic view of the harbor. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Mary Kay thank you for creating such a wonderful way for us to enjoy Rockport.

Perfect location

This cute 2 bedroom property was perfect for our getaway. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Beautiful views outside and a quick walk to all the restaurants and shops in Rockport.

Can't beat the location!

We had an excellent visit and Mary Kay is lovely; helpful and accommodating and kind. The only thing that is hard to tell from the listing and photos is that there is not a ton of space separate from the bedrooms. In that, if you wanna gather with your group, it has to occur in one of the bedroom sitting areas, or at the table in the kitchen. That said, it is a really cute condo with local art on the walls, comfy beds and really spectacular views from allllll the windows. Additionally, we loved getting up in the morning and walking to get coffee and bagels to bring back and the whole area is really charming with lots of little shops and restaurants right out your door (but is still quiet enough at night to hear the water lapping against the sea wall.) We had a great time!

Relaxing on Tuna Wharf

Couldn't be a better location to relax...directly across from Motif #1 (Fish Shack) on the harbor. We've already made plans to invite friends with us next time! Mary Kay...the host...was fantastic!

Amazing spot - great host!

Absolutely beautiful space with the best views of Rockport and wonderful artwork by host decorating the walls. Host friendly and helpful. Sea breeze and views so relaxing that we barely left the place, although there are loads of galleries, restos, shops, and a beach nearby.

From the breeze off the water in the evening to sitting outside listening to the sounds and enjoying the views, Four Winds is a truly magical place. (Magical, parking, lobster and the beach all within a five minute walk...no brainer!)

Mary Kay is the best!

We were a bit lost when we arrived in Rockport. Mary Kay FaceTime’d us and led us right to the rental. It’s adorable, we had a great time! The town is quaint and quiet at night. We felt totally safe the entire time and really enjoyed Top Dog for clams, homemade coleslaw, quick bites.
