Studio located 3 blocks from the seawall, where you can enjoy the sea view & sunsets. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, super markets, maritime ferry and shops; We are behind the municipal market where you will find typical food, crafts and fresh meat or fruits.
Located in downtown area where you can be comfortable, calm and safe. Enjoy your private room, with the necessary services to make you have a comfortable stay after a long day of excursions. It also has an outdoor patio.

The studio has air conditioning and a fan for you to spend a comfortable night. It has a full kitchen, stove, refrigerator, microowave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses...), pans, among others. Wifi with optic fiber (300 megas). It has an area for work and ergonomic chair. We have television which you can link to YouTube or Netflix. Queen size bed and a sofa bed that could fit 1 more person. Full bathroom with hot water, shampoo and soap included. Wood rack so you can hang your cloths, a cloth iron and a hair dryer.
We have an open area (patio) which you can enjoy the vegetation, this is the only area that could be shared with neighbors. It has a line cloth on the patio so you can hang your wet cloth.

The place is a private studio that has everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant stay. Queen size bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi (fiber optic)300 megas, desk for work, kitchen with everything you need and full bathroom.
On the outside it has a terrace, it is an open place with trees and plants and a table with 2 chairs, in case you want to go out and get some air. The terrace is the only space that could be shared with other guests. You can hang your wet cloth on the patio.

We have different tours which are:

Diving: For beginners or certified.
It can be from the beach or by boat (if it is by boat they go to the best reefs on the island)

Paddling in a Mayan canoe: You have the experience of paddling in a Mayan canoe, learning about the ancient tradition and snorkeling the sunken ships.

Snorkel: We handle price per person or private boat.
Price per person: you will share the boat with more people.
Private boat: you can go with your family or friends on the boat. In case of having a special event we could also organize it on the private boat.

Tour around the island: Tour around the island by car, with a private driver.

We also have car or motorcycle rental options so you can get to know the island and its beaches around you.

The studio is private. We have fiber optics in the Wi-Fi for a much more efficient service for all those who work online. We have a place for work. Inside the house there are 3 studios in total. The rest inside the place is open space with trees and vegetation. On the outside there are loops in case you need to hang wet clothes.
