Vacation in the popular community of Fiddler's Creek - amenities galore! (GOLF is NOT included), social membership with a transfer fee. Fully furnished 3 bed, 3 bath coach home that feels more like a single family house at almost 2500 sqft! Large lanai facing the lake, 2 car garage & dogs are welcome, upon owner approval, under 22lbs (per HOA). Fully equipped - ready for your winter vacation.
There are two king beds and one queen and 3 full bathrooms.
Please note that we are NOT ABLE TO BOOK February or March SEPARATELY due to high demand. February and March only (without January) booking will only be approved if January is rented. We prefer a 60-90 day stay , all leases must start with first of the month and end at the end of the same month - if you need a lease to start on any other dates, please inquire first . $750 membership transfer fee and $200 HOA application fees ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. (HOA application fee may change and owner/property manager is NOT responsible). You will be sent a lease which is required by the HOA, they do not accept a booking receipt. We will also send you two HOA applications that you will fill out and mail including HOA payments. **Lease will honor ABB booking terms.
