The villa is located in Crown Pointe, a quiet residential area in beautiful Naples.
In the heatable saltwater pool with separate spa (whirlpool) you can enjoy the days in the sun and the evenings with beautiful sunsets.
In the large living room there is a 75 inch smart TV with internet connection for cozy TV evenings.
In the master and in the queen bedroom there are also smart TVs with internet access.

High-speed Internet (1000 upload/1000 download) with WiFi.

The master bedroom has direct access to the pool deck. It has its own closet, which also offers storage space for suitcases and bags.
The other two bedrooms have fitted closets.

A BBQ Gas Grill on the pool deck is ready for perfect BBQ sessions.

There is space for one car in the double garage.
There are 4 bicycles and beach equipment (cool box, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels) available.

At Crown Pointe there is a clubhouse with a community pool, tennis courts, a pickle ball court, pool table, sauna and exercise facility.
Only 1 mile away is a stripmall with a large supermarket (Publix), several restaurants (Tacos & Tequila, Aldos Italian Table and Bar, Mitch's Cookies), a Starbucks and other offers such as a post office, nail salon, massages, hairdresser, etc.

The beautiful beach with white, soft sand is only 5 miles away.
Recreational opportunities such as adventure mini golf, boat rentals, fishing trips are nearby.
The famous airboat tours through the Everglades are also not far away.
