The space
Refurnished on 2023 the place has your studio completely equipped with security 24/7 and a high security door at the entrance. For home office work you have your own desk with an office chair, 60 MB speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. You can comfortably work and relax with our air conditioning unit. PRIVATE bathroom with towels, soap, toilet paper and warm water all for you. A comfortable Queen Size bed is awaiting for you with a 32" Flat screen with Roku installed so you can enjoy your favorite series and movies you have a beautiful view to the small PRIVATE patio with blue lights. When is time for cooking you have also a PRIVATE kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, blender, cutlery, dishes, cookware, coffee, sugar and purified water.

Right at the entrance of the neighborhood, you'll find a convenience store – perfect for grabbing snacks, drinks, or any essentials without having to go far.
Getting around is easy: there's public transportation nearby, and you're also close to shopping malls for dining, groceries, or a bit of retail therapy.
