Wonderful Cancun property on the beach

This is a very nice property. The property manager was very responsive. We totally enjoyed the stay and the quiet adults only status. We had everything that we needed to live there.

Perfect Honeymoon

We loved the apartment, it was modern, clean and fresh with great linens and an awesome stocked kitchen. Loved the books, my wife loved the hairdryer. It was steps from a lovely private beach and also featured a big pool that was always sparkling clean. The beach was always kept clean and free of seaweed, great umbrellas. The host was awesome too.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Nancy's condo. It's right on the beach which was very quiet compared to the neighboring hotels. The check in process is easy and they have simplified their wifi login to a QR code. We really appreciated the air conditioning and filtered water provided as it was extremely hot during our stay. The location of the condo is quite convenient with restaurants, convenience stores, business stop, and taxis nearby.

A peaceful piece of paradise

This property is absolutely enjoyable and amazing. I love the beach and the pool. It is close enough to the fun but far enough away to have peace and quiet when you want it. Being on the first floor and having the beach right out your back door is really really nice. We will definitely be back to this condo.

Everything nice in one place

This condo is in a very good location as far as being on the beach, access to public transportation, nearby restaurants. We loved this unit since it was on ground level, walk out to the beach and the bonus was having a patio that you can actually sit and relax watching the water. We will definitely make our way back to this wonderful unit. Nancy is a wonder host. She responded quickly to all my messages. This units has a lot of amenities that made our stay great.

Memorable stay

What a wonderful stay! Celebrating our 40th anniversary this year we chose Nancy’s condo on the beach. Just can’t beat the view and just a few steps and your feet are in the sand. The unit was so lovely and very clean. Nancy is a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We were so happy to have a few refreshments in the fridge and snacks when we arrived after a long day of travelling. The condo staff is friendly and there is security on the beach and a gated entry. There was some restaurants near by and don’t be afraid to jump on the bus for 12 pesos. Just hang on as the ride can be a little rough. We have no complaints and we hope to go back soon!

Lovely apartment and impressive customer service

We stayed 5 nights here and I loved every single minute! This apartment is located on the lagoon side of Cancun at a 5 minute walk to the ferry to isla mujeres, good restaurants and mini markets short walking distance as well. Most of all, it’s quiet, calm and relaxing right on the beach which is just what I needed. The customer service is absolutely fantastic! They will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo is amazing and has everything you need. Karina was there to greet us on our arrival and was very nice, showed us around and answered any questions we had. Nancy, the owner was very helpful with the whole process and answered all our questions. The beach is wonderful and very peaceful, it was not crowded at all. I loved that the condo is walking distance from restaurants and shops, everything you need is a short walk away. Thank you Nancy for a marvelous stay, we will definitely be back!

5 steps

It has taken us many, many trips to find this place. The condo is just as described. 2 Br 1 Bath right on the beach. We really can't say how much we enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. I started looking at flights the day after we got home. Elizabeth and Nancy had check-in down to an art with no problems. From landing till take off, they had our backs and provided excellent service. 5 steps from the beach.

One month in Cancun

The property was as described in a great location in the Hotel Zone and close to Marina Puerto Cancun mall and downtown Cancun. The small terrace has steps to the beach was the best feature. The beach itself was clean and nice with beach chairs and straw umbrellas. This beach is near the entrance to the lagoon so there is lots of boat traffic and activity. It is a great place and Nancy is an amazing host who is very responsive. The only downside is there were occasional cockroaches, huge beetles and small ants but that is to be expected as it is a ground floor condo and it is Mexico. We also figured out that a noise that sounds like someone tapping on our window was from a tiny gecko that shares the condo. The security guards are nice and the area is very safe. My wife and I highly recommend this condo.

Hidden Treasure

Upon arrival I discovered that the property was everything as described and more. The best location directly on the beach as the end unit offered the peaceful and quiet environment that I was seeking; and the modern design along with being fully equipped with the amenities provided all the comfort needed for my 7 day visit. The fully equipped kitchen for preparing my own meals when I wanted was great to have and enjoying them on the cute private deck even better. The comfortable bedroom and bed with an amazing view of the ocean was amazing and we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet beach right outside the door equipped with lounge chairs etc for guests only; yet being able to walk the beach stretch exploring activities. The location also was close enough to visit downtown and walk to one of the best massage services I ever received and dine on good red snapper. The host Nancy was very responsive and informative along with her team who made check in/out a very smooth transition and provided detailed information immediately on any questions. It you are looking for a quiet safe getaway to relax yet be close enough for activities and shopping, this hidden treasure is it. I can’t wait to return as it is my new go to place when wanting to take a quick trip to Cancun.

Paradise

Just spent a week with a friend in paradise! Super clean condo in an amazing quiet location with a clean private beach right off the patio. Just fantastic! The beach is well maintained from seaweed, unlike the adjacent beaches. Beds were awesome & it was a safe gated community. Five minute walk to the ferry to Isle Mujernes, which is a must to visit. The ferry trip there has the most beautiful turquoise water you will ever see! Rent a golf cart on the island & go snorkeling in crystal clear blue water. Fantastic! The condo desperately needs a house manual which I understand is being developed. You need instructions how to open a movie on Netflix (a series of convoluted movements), how to use the light/fan remotes, do not place any toilet paper in the toilet, where to put trash & recycling, etc. The gas stove did not have a lighter or matches so you might want to bring one. You need one of those long firepit lighters. The bath towels were the softest most luxurious towels ever! With the exception of one grouchy security guard, everyone was so pleasant & helpful! Elizabeth was also available & responsive to any question or need. This is a super great place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic condo with amazing view of the beach

This place is wonderful. The condo is located in a residential apartment/condo building that has a gate and round the clock security. Inside the condo is beautiful and feels comfortable like home away from home. The pictures are accurate but they don't do the place justice. The kitchen had anything we could need including a big jug of filtered water. The host even left some fresh fruit for us to enjoy. My husband and I loved being able to sit on the couch or lie in the master bedroom and see the gorgeous beach. You literally walk out the back sliding door and go down the steps of the patio and your toes are in the sand. The host supplied two large beach towels as well as amazingly thick and luxurious bath towels. The WIFI worked great the whole time we were there. There is a safe in the master bedroom for your valuables. There was plenty of parking but we did not rent a car. We took the bus everywhere which costs 22 pesos or $1 US per person for each trip. The Pirate ship dinner boats are within walking distance and we definitely recommend checking that out. It was so fun! Also, the ferry to Isla Mujeres is very close. There are a couple of Covid-19 testing places within walking distance from the condo for anyone that needs to do that before heading back home. All in all this was the perfect choice for our winter getaway. My only recommendation for the host is to get one of those WIFI password signs for guests that might not be as tech savvy as we are. It was a little confusing at first to find it on the WIFI box and know which number was which. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

Not What I Was Personally Looking For

Let me begin by saying that all the property photos are 100% accurate. However, this property was not what I personally expected when I saw that the location was Zona Hotelera. We have been to Cancun many times and stayed at multiple properties in Zona Hotelera. In the past, all of these properties have been on the beach with walk out access to beautiful, aqua blue water with the ocean waves rolling in. I love to walk the beach in the morning with my feet in the surf and hear the sound of the ocean waves at night. This was not the case at this property. The water at this location is not the beautiful blue color that I expected and there are no waves at all. When booking the host was not willing to provide the specific property location. This felt really evasive. This was probably because the property is not where most Zona Hotelera properties are located. Aside from not being able to see pictures of the ocean in this area, this also made it difficult for us to plan activities during our stay without knowing the distance to anything. Another very minor sticky item for us was the requirement to always wear a bright neon colored paper wrist band throughout our stay. We were told several times that this Could Not be removed and if it was removed and lost, there would be a $10 fee. Both of us thought that the way this communicated was just way over the top. Plus, we didn't want to have this in all our pictures. After the first night, we packed our bags and moved to a different VRBO property (even though we knew that we could not get a refund). Our new condo was more central in the Zona Hotelera. For the rest of the week, we enjoyed beautiful views of a sparkling, blue-green ocean, walked right out the beach, played in the surf, had a restaurant and bar right at the pool, that would also serve us at the beach, and were way closer to shopping and the popular restaurants in Cancun.

We absolutely loved our stay! ! The condo has the best oceanfront location and Lisa was the most helpful and friendly host we have ever had. The place felt very safe, and the kitchen had everything we needed - even nice extras, like coffee, tea, olive oil, sugar, salt, etc.Being on the ground floor was amazing – just one step and you are right on the beach ! Beach chairs and towels were provided, and the beds were super comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay ! Definitely will be back.

In 1995, I stayed in these condos with my 5 year old daughter to see if we could adjust to life in Mexico. By 1998, we were Cancun residents. We have been here for 15 years, I raised my family here and always said, one day I would own a condo in my Paradise. The apartment has recently been renovated and looks spectacular...but the view and the beach are really what sells this condo. There is nothing more beautiful than having the sun coming up in the Caribbean! There is SOO much to do in this area...we live 2 hours from one of the 7 Wonders of the World, Chichen Itza! Culture, beach, nightlife, fine restaurants, turquoise waters...this is why I came to Cancun!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The apartment was recently fully remodeled. I have owned there since 1998. With the beach and pool right downstairs, there is not that much time to spend in the apartment. Most of my time is spent on the balcony, looking at Isla Mujeres. The apartment is fully equipped and offers all the comforts of home. I live close by so I can always help with whatever needs you might have. I am a Registered Nurse from New York so I am familiar with Health related issues as well. You only need to be here once to realize you have your own Paradise!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I am very hands on if you need me. Me or my daughter give personal care to all of the guests that stay in my condo. I have many repeat guests because of the treatment they get while staying with me. Waking up every morning and looking at the water is breath-taking! The sand is soft and white and NEVER gets hot. You look at Isla Mujeres and the biggest flag in Mexico flies outside your balcony. Nothing compares!
