Don’t feel like playing on the beach? Spend the afternoon at the community park, just a 1 minute stroll from the house, where kids can enjoy the play structure, play soccer in the wide open grassy area or the whole family can catch a game of sand volleyball. Make memories around the community fire pit where firewood is ready and waiting for you to enjoy. No need to haul around chairs or worry about seating, guests have access to several picnic tables and benches throughout the park.

Home accommodates a sizeable group with many comfy beds on the upper level. Two full baths are conveniently located upstairs near all the available bedrooms and another half bath on the main level. All full bath includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash to make your travel more convenient. The property has 2-gas fire places, large flat-screen TVs in the living area and game room, blu-ray/DVD players with an extensive children DVD collection for the whole family. The home is also stocked with board games, cards, and books.

The house features a wide front porch & deck that leads into the sunroom where you can enjoy a nice hot cup of morning coffee or sip a cold cocktail while reminiscing about your fun filled day. Melt away your stress in the HOT-TUB or enjoy delicious bbq meals prepared on the outdoor grill (plum-in gas line) . Visiting during a rainy day? Not a problem, the game room will keep you entertained for hours with a foosball table, air hockey, shuffle board, in-door hoops, movies, board games, books and more.

As per HOA ordinance, quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8am. Hot tub hours are from 8am - 10:30pm. Front street parking is only for loading or unloading. Only full time residence are allowed to park on the public streets. Guest who parks on the front street runs the risk of getting a ticket or possibly towed.
