Guest access
You have full and total access to our home during your stay. There is a detached garage that is a 1 bedroom apartment. This apartment has its own entrance and backyard space. You may see other people accessing their space via the driveway, but there are no shared spaces and they do not use the driveway for parking.
✦There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
✦Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
✦We have exterior cameras facing the front yard and the driveway.
✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation
assuming there is no damage to the property.
✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new
profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

● Downtown La Mesa’s shops & restaurants (5 min)
● Mission Trails Regional Park (10 min)
● San Diego Zoo &Balboa Park (15 min)
● Downtown San Diego & Gaslamp Quarter (15–20 min)
● Beautiful Ocean Beach (OB) (15 min)
House Rules
1) Smoking, vaping, e-cigs and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
2) We will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee for violating Rule #1.
3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean.
4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
5) Please minimize wearing shoes in the property.
6) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. Fee of 200 dollars per unregistered guest per day.
7) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
8) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
9) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
10) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
11) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.
12) A late checkout fee of $200 may be applied to anyone that leaves the property later than 11 am on the day of checkout.
