Excellent overnight stay for an cruise departure the next day

The apartment was exactly as depicted and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood was convenient with restaurants close by.

Glorious Coral Gables

Sergio was a great communicator and the space was exactly as represented in the photos. I’d highly recommend and stay there again.

Perfect Accommodations

My family of four traveled to the Miami/Coral Gables area largely ti visit the University of Miami. While I was not part of the travel group, my family wears very pleased with the accommodations. The experience was true to the listing. It was a perfect stay for our family’s needs. Thank you!

Easy check in. Very clean three bedroom with one shared bathroom. Coin Laundry outside. Quite neighborhood. Appliances work nice, could you and update.

Girl’s getaway

The property was really nice. We really enjoyed and it worked out perfectly for our group of three. The bathroom door did seem to stick quite a bit so I would recommend they fix that. And mostly the owner responded to questions but never responded on the last day and that was kind of annoying. But overall, It was a really nice place and a really great visit.

Nice neighborhood

We wanted to check in early. Host said best way to contact was through vrbo but took until day before trip to answer if we could check in early. Upon arrival the place smells musty and we had no washcloths The host did send someone relatively quickly to remedy that situation. The neighborhood was walkable to local shops and restaurants. The hot water was lukewarm at best for the shower. Noise from raid for first bedroom.

The property was a health hazard. There were open bug bombs that were set off prior to our arrival in several rooms (including right on top of the two main bedroom mattresses, which are typically supposed to be removed during bed bombing because the pesticide fumes can accumulate in the mattress itself), the cushions we're all strewn about the apartment, And they were dead roaches all over the apartment. These issues need to be addressed before it is safe to be listed again.

Convenient Location to Coral Gables but not as listed

Listing did not specify that it was a 2nd floor unit up a very steep set of dark stairs. Refrigerator door did not close properly. Only 1 bathroom in the unit even though the listing indicated one and one half bathrooms. Bed mattresses and pillows were too firm. Some window blinds were broken and couldn’t be opened. Front door porch light bulb was broken. Musty smell throughout. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice weekend getaway

Wonderful communication, clean. Would stay again. Sergio was lovely. Entire apartment immaculately cleaned. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to The Miracle Mile. Lots of restaurants, close. Things to consider: This is a 2nd floor apartment. I didn’t know until literally two days before when I saw reviews- not listed in posting. Tenants below partied all night. Not a show stopper for us, we can sleep through anything, but if you can’t and you’re there on a weekend, might not go well. There is a 35.00 check in early fee, also not listed within the listing. Again, not a big deal, but we needed to know. Would have been nice to include in listing, still would’ve stayed. All the beds have the hardest mattresses. Like board hard. If you like super firm, it’s all good. If not, you might not like the stay. Not a big deal: Not many electrical outlets in 2nd/3rd bedrooms. Only one mirror in the bathroom and one in the living room. Toilet paper behind toilet (consider getting a holder).

There was extreme mold in the apartment to the point that I had to leave and go rent a hotelMy spouse had been there for the full-time. I was only there for two days, but I still had to pay for two days at the hotel that the owner would not refund me for or reimburse me.The mold is so bad you cannot breathe in thereThere is no hot waterThe sink is cloggedThe refrigerator did not closeIt was unlivable, and it should be condemned because of the mold and the owner did not careOne of the bedrooms is rotting in the wall

Unfortunately, this property was one of the most disappointing places I’ve stayed. If you’re looking for the bare minimum, this is it. The amenities were extremely limited — to the point that I had to order toilet paper through DoorDash. The photos on the listing were not an accurate reflection of the actual unit.The washer and dryer were not located inside the apartment, and they required quarters to operate, which was inconvenient. The trash bins outside were completely full and unusable for guests. The beds were very uncomfortable and extremely firm, and the refrigerator would not stay closed unless pushed firmly — even then, it would sometimes pop open again.The kitchen was also poorly equipped, with only a few utensils available, making it difficult to cook. The only positive aspect of this property was its convenient location.Overall, I would not recommend this stay for anyone visiting Miami.
