Camp Cotter at Blue Ridge Mountain Club - views, walk to restaurant, gym

The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is an upscale gated mountain community with thousands of acres of prime mountain land; over 40 miles of hiking, walking, biking, and ATV trails; a fun swimming hole; over 64 miles of private fishing streams and creeks. Adjacent to the condo are a newly-built Fitness Center, as well as a Clubhouse with seasonally-open restaurant and bar. The outdoor lawn and courtyard between the Fitness Center and Clubhouse is a special area with fire features, comfortable outdoor furniture, and occasional planned events for guests to enjoy! The views from the Fitness Center and the lawn are astonishing!

This luxury condo in on the ground level and has two bedrooms and two full baths. The king suite offers deck access, and the queen bedroom offers a relaxing retreat. The kitchen has granite and stainless steel appliances. Inside is a gas fireplace with seating around. Dining can be indoors at the table or step out to the deck with built in grill and seating. A full sized washer/dryer is neatly tucked in the hallway closet.

Unmatched Blue Ridge Mtn Club amenities, comfort and luxury throughout inside, ease of access for the mobility-impaired, and top of the line furniture, electronics, & appliances make this a wonderful vacation condo. Wifi internet, digital cable programming with Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the Living Room, washer & dryer, covered parking, and additional sleeping options are all part of the guest experience. The infinite mountain views from nearly every room in the house makes this a truly unique and special vacation destination that you will want to come back to year after year!

Please note: This condo is part of a shared-wall community and has quiet hours after 9:00 pm on weeknights (Sunday - Thursday) and 11:00 pm on weekends (Friday - Saturday). Please ensure your plans fit within these parameters.

The communities of Mitchell and Craig in the Blue Ridge Mountain Club do not permit pets for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this unit.

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
The gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 2pm

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

Additional notes:
​​​​​​​- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains are required in times of snow and ice. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings
above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- There is one exterior security camera, overseen by the Blue Ridge Mountain Club (not BRMR or the homeowner) that is mounted on the outside of the building facing the parking area.
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.

Wonderful location and view of the mountains. Since we are from Florida we don't like driving to town at night to eat dinner , staying right next to the restaurant was amazing for us ! It is a beautiful unit and perfect for the three of us . Thank you !
