Westwind 204 is an adorable 2nd floor condo located on the ever-popular West Beach in Gulf Shores. Westwind is a low-density building, meaning less crowds on the private beach and pool areas. No need to wait on the elevator either, as you can take the stairs up one flight and you are at the door!

This perfectly sized home, 2 Bedroom & 2 Baths, provides enough beds and sleeping arrangements for the entire family. The Primary Bedroom hosts a Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and a Private Full Bath with a shower/tub combo. The Guest Bedroom holds another Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and is connected to the main full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Living area boasts a pull out sleeper sofa, two recliners, and access to the balcony for a stunning gulf-front view! For extra sleeping, there is a hallway cubby with a Twin Size Bed. This home also offers a personal washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with a k-cup coffee brewer, outdoor and covered parking, and is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Place Beach Access where the Fun and Famous Festivals are held. *Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
