Condominio renovado con vista a la bahía y con acceso directo a la playa

Nuestro segundo piso, condominio de unidad final fue completamente renovado durante el invierno de 2012-2013. El plano de planta se abrió para proporcionar una agradable sensación de amplitud y disfrutar de la vista del agua. Todos los muebles, pisos y accesorios son nuevos. El hall de entrada tiene un banco para guardar tus chanclas y otros artículos de playa y las llaves de nuestra cabaña de playa están colgadas en la pared. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, que incluyen lavaplatos, estufa eléctrica, microondas y refrigerador con máquina de hielo. Fregadero doble de acero inoxidable con triturador de basura y encimeras de granito. La sala tiene asientos de cuero y otomana. We will be back

Thank you Deb for sharing your beautiful condo at Bay Tree with us for three weeks this past April 2016. It was perfect. A close walk to the beach and a few restaurants near Turtle Beach. It is decorated beautifully. It is quiet, the grounds and pools lovely and everyone is very nice. Turtle Beach is beautiful --- and a walk each day on the beach was a daily ritual. Everything you need is there. It was like our home away from home. We wish we could have stayed longer --- but our son's wedding called us away. Deb is a wonderful owner and we look forward to staying in her condo again. Thank you for everything Deb. We love Siesta Key!!! A happy couple from Northville.

Paradise in Siesta Key

We had a fabulous two weeks at this condo located at the south end of Siesta Key. The grounds of the property are beautifully situated between the gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay with access to both. Deb's condo was spacious with two large bedrooms and baths. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, screened lanai for cocktails and beautiful views of the bay and pool. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. I hope we can come back again next year! Wonderful vacation!

Siesta Key Vacation

All we can say is this has been the best Vacation place ever! Deb had everything you needed and was great to work with for the condo and beach. The condo was really clean the view was absolutely beautiful. Not far from the beach, pool, fishing dock and restaurants we will definitely be coming back. You want regret trying this place out the only problem you might have is leaving!

Perfect accommodations!

We stayed for a month in this unit and could not have been happier! It was recently re-modeled making it very open and spacious. It is so tastefully and beautifully decorated with upgrades! We spent so much time on the lanai which has a beautiful view of the pool and the Bay. It was especially pleasant in the evenings with decorative lighting and bay breezes! The condo and kitchen were fully stocked with everything we needed including spices and some condiments. The canbana had everything needed for comfort on the beach! I would definitely go back, only I’d stay longer! Thank you for giving us a perfect getaway!

Very nice condo

This is a nice place for a relaxed stay on Siesta Key. The furnishings and appliances are either new or like new and very good quality. The only disappointment was the lack of a washer and dryer in the unit itself, which was assumed and surprisingly missing in a condo in this price range. We had to use the coin-operated washer and dryer located next to the elevator which was very inconvenient for a family of 4 staying for a full week. Otherwise, no complaints. These condos are on the quiet end of the island but the free Siesta Key Breeze trolleys pass right by the condo every 15 minutes (until midnight) which makes it a cinch to travel anywhere on the island.

Beautiful Condo in a Wonderful Location

My husband, brother and I stayed in the condo as we were in the Sarasota area for a family reunion. The condo was beautiful, yet homey and comfortable. The location was ideal! Deb gave us a list of suggested restaurants and things to do which was very helpful. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to Clayton's for brunch most mornings. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat if we are in the area for an extended period of time. Thanks Deb for sharing your home away from home with us! Brian & Cheryl

Great Vacation

Deb, Thank you and your husband for opening up your Florida home to us. You have a beautiful condo, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with spectacular views of the intercoastal, pool and easy access to the beach accross the street. Updated and clean!

The condo had everything we wanted. Walking distance to a private beach, biking to a public beach, as well as located at the quiet end of Siesta Key. The interior was beautiful and well equipt. We enjoyed the beach, kyacking around the corner from the condo, biking, drove to see the Tampa Bay Rays baseball game, and watched some amazing sunsets. The owners were terrific and easy to contact. We would love to go back again!

Peaceful Getaway

The accommodations were clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The complex itself possessed desirable amenities including a beautiful pool which could be seen from the unit and a beach across the street. The location itself was convenient to recreational activities, shopping, restaurants, and supplies. Not to mention the most beautiful beach of Siesta Key, five minutes down the road. Overall, it met all of my expectations for a Florida getaway.

Perfect Location and Perfect Vacation

Our vacation was perfect! The condo was sparkling clean, modern with beautiful finishes and had more than enough room for us. Comfortable furniture on the lanai allowed for relaxing evenings after spending time at the beach or in the pool. The condo had everything a beach vacationer with a young child may want or need. From pool and beach toys to step stools in the bathroom, everything was so well thought out. The beach is right across the street and the private cabana had plenty of chairs and beach toys. The dock on the inter -coastal was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning and look for manatees in the evening. The guest directory was thorough and provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. We will be back in a few months and look forward to the relaxing retreat.

Fantastic beach vacation, can't wait go again

Great place to stay near the beach. Siesta Key beaches are beautiful any time. The condo was spotless with a great view from the screen in deck. The pool was real close if you prefer it over the beach. The sea food in the area was great, Captain Kurt's was the best, try the New England clam chowder it's the best in Florida in my opinion.

Best vacation ever!

My husband and I spent two of the most relaxing weeks at Deb & Rich's condo in Siesta Key. The condo was more than we expected...Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The swimming area (pool) was lovely. Fishing off the docks. and of course, the beach to which there is a cabanna, Late afternoons and evenings are the greatest. There are many great restaurants to choose from or you can dine in, whatever suits you at the moment. Great rental for the money!! It should have been more..

Home away from home.

This is a great condo. We have rented in several places on the key and this has been our best experience. Unit has had a major remodel recently. Upscale kitchen, open floor plan, new furniture and a great TV system. Very comfortable feel to the unit. The condo is equipped with everything we have needed. Lanai is beautiful with an inter coastal view. Best part is this is an end unit so all the extra windows make it bright and cheerful. New upscale bathrooms. Two pools and a private beach across the street. Being on the south end of the key is a real plus with much less traffic. We are very happy here and hope to come back next year.

It is an idyllic setting, quiet and private, yet just minutes away from Siesta Key Village and the #1 beach in the US, Siesta Key Beach. You will truly enjoy the best of both worlds here at Bay Tree Club.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

1) Bay Tree is a 'beach to bay' community which means you have direct access to both the Intra-coastal Waterway (boat slip is available) and a private beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
2) We have a private beach cabana filled with chairs and umbrellas right at our beach so you never have to pack pack up and haul your gear to the beach. It is all right there for you including bathrooms and outdoor showers. (There is no other condo in the area that has private cabanas), 3) The beautiful landscaping is what set this property apart for us. It is like a tropical island retreat!
