¡Prepárate para abril y mayo de 2020!

Hermosas vistas, arena fina en polvo, ubicación perfecta y sol! ¡Todo esto en la playa de Siesta Key, elegida playa # 1 en los Estados Unidos en 2012 y una de las 10 mejores playas de National Geographics en el mundo! ¿Playa número 2 este año?
Nuestra unidad de segundo piso tiene vistas desde cada ventana y está en una ubicación ideal. En un día ventoso, nuestra unidad está algo protegida por la dirección que enfrenta el edificio. La piscina también se puede ver desde nuestra unidad. Nade en la piscina, descanse en una silla, camine unos pasos hacia la playa de arena en un paseo rodeado de avena marina, cactus y palmeras para que nuestro complejo se sienta protegido de la playa. Camine hasta Point of Rocks en el sur y busque conchas o simplemente observe a la gente. El 'monitor' de la playa le conseguirá una silla o sillón y le pondrá una sombrilla (no muchos complejos tienen este servicio). Almuerce junto a la piscina en una de las mesas umbrelleadas.
A veces escuchas un sonido de trompeta al atardecer. Otras veces escuchas a un grupo de hombres cantando 'God Bless America' mientras se pone el sol. Luego, sal y cocina tus hamburguesas ... come afuera o en nuestro condominio.
Recientemente hemos remodelado la gran sala y agregado nuevos muebles además de un nuevo televisor de alta definición de 46 '. Nuestro teléfono tiene larga distancia gratis en Estados Unidos. Tenemos wifi para sus usuarios de computadoras. Hay otro televisor en el dormitorio principal que tiene una nueva cama King con un cómodo colchón nuevo. El otro dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y una gran ventana que da a la playa. Hay dos baños completos, uno cerca de cada habitación.

Great beach condo

We loved the condo, the complex, and Siesta Key! We found the condo clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The view of the pool, beach, and sunset was great. Carl, the owner was responsive and helpful in every way. We hope to stay here again soon!

Clean, short walk to beach

Overall the condo was nice, clean, and convenient. The kitchen had all you would need to cook dinner. The pool was right out the window. We could hear the people at the pool but it wasn’t bothersome and we could not be seen from the outside looking in. One shower is really small, but nice. There were games, puzzles, and books. The master bed is FIRM and the two twins are SOFT. The walk to the beach was very easy. The laundry room is not far from the condo and I never saw anyone else there. The parking is close by as well. Great stay and great weather!

Perfect week at the beach

This was our second year in a row staying at this unit. It’s perfect for our family of 4. It’s clean, has everything we need, only steps away from the beach/pool and is within walking distance to some restaurants and shops. We appreciate the built-ins in both bedrooms so we can actually unpack for the week and not live out of a suitcase! We absolutely love it here and plan to be back next summer!

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. It was so nice to have your beach chairs set up for you everyday. The condo is very nice and accommodated 4 adults. Midnight Cove is very nice and we love the location.

Relaxing vacation

Perfect for R&R

It was our very first time visiting Siesta Keys and this condo really was the ideal place for us! We flew in so we were not able to pack a lot of things as we would if we had driven…all of the amenities in the home were perfect! Right down to the Bath and Body works soaps. It had such a homey feel. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. I was so grateful to find the backpack cooler, which was perfect for packing beach lunches. The private beach with attendant to place your chairs and umbrella were a key factor in choosing to stay at this location. Right outside of the condo gates you can grab the free trolley or golf cart to the village or walk to some other wonderful restaurants. We ordered Instacart groceries to stock the refrigerator and it was a breeze. Carl was a wonderful host. He answered all of my questions beforehand and even quickly responded to a few during our stay. I would highly recommend this lovely condo.

Super close beach access and fully stocked kitchen

We had a great week in Siesta! Carl was a great host and communicated quickly with me throughout our whole booking and arrival process. You can’t get much closer to the beach or pool than this unit - it was really helpful with little kids! There is a set of stairs to get to the unit, so keep that in mind if you have littles. Carl even included a pack n play. Easy access to a trolley stop on both sides of the street and walking distance to Captain Curt’s, Jake’s Ice Cream, Clayton’s and Spearfish Grille - so great! The only thing I didn’t realize was there was no porch to sit on because the unit has been built out for more space inside, but the extra space inside is wonderful. It was too hot to sit outside anyway! The pool does get rowdy right outside the unit, but you really can’t hear it much unless you’re right by the window in the living room. We had a wonderful week and will be back! Thanks Carl!

Memorable stay!

The Davis family has taken great care to create a memorable stay for their guests. Carl is THE BEST host and so wonderfully responsive to answer any questions or help with any needs. This is a special stay. Very clean, beautifully decorated and is newly remodeled in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is everything a guest might need and more! Kitchen is well stocked with quality dinner and glassware. The living room and master bed are comfortable. Luxurious bed linens and bath towels throughout the unit. High speed private wifi worked without issue. This 2nd floor unit has a view of the beach & pool and is so close that it is less than two minutes to walk to the powdery white sands. Beach loungers and umbrella are included daily with your stay. The property and the unit are a secure location. Midnight Cove is on Crescent Beach, and this particular location is a more desired part of Siesta Key for its beautiful beach and it being more private for the guests. There are not public beach access points in this area. It is ideal for families with young children and for couples. Designated parking spot is covered and is right next to the condo. Many restaurants, tiki bar, shopping, Crescent Beach Market and the best ice cream in the world at Jake’s are all within short walking distance. Also a trolley stop at the property. For groceries, be sure to go to Ditwiler’s Farm Market. The produce, deli, bakery, seafood, depts are all amazing. Best anniversary vacation!! Thank you, Carl!

Siesta Key Vacation

Great location, clean property, clean condo, walking distance to a few local restaurants, and easy access to the free siesta key trolley which takes you to siesta key village. We had a great time on our 2022 summer vacation staying here and would defintely stay here again if we vacation in the area again.

Best place I’ve ever stayed!

This place was absolutely perfect. The location literally couldn’t even better especially with little kids. It is less then a minute walk from the doorstep to the sand! You just can’t beat that! The living space is beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our own quarters and did some laundry while we were there. Thanks for making our first family vacation at the beach so memorable.

Beautiful, clean condo!

This was our first time staying in Midnight Cove and it won’t be the last! This unit was very accommodating, clean, spacious and was the perfect location. Unfortunately, our vacation was dampened by the bad weather and horrible red tide, but we managed to enjoy our stay anyway (mostly at the pool). We will be back!

Margaret and I have enjoyed this place for over 30 years. My parents bought this condo in 1986. This is their story:
Joe and I bought this condo while visiting Midnight Cove with 4 teenage girls and it was raining. What do you do to get out of their hair? Find a realtor to show you property! That was it...with orange shag carpet and olive green accents everywhere. Joe has been an attorney, in an Indiiana town where we have lived for over 50 years. I taught school for 20+ years and began renting he unit myself when I retired. Recently we have enjoyed being at Siesta Key with our grown children, their spouses, and our 13 grandchildren! Of course, we have to rent several other units and that is how we know we have a very special place!!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We were a family who went skiing in Colorado, etc. every spring break. As a teaching mother I got tired of being cold and made a reservation at Midnight Cove for Spring Break 1977. At supper, I said, 'You can vote on where to go for Spring Break but you will loose $100 if we don't go to Siesta Key.' Well, we continued to snow ski some, but just fell in love with this place and this beach!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We just love listening to the surf, especially in the evening and night time. We can hear it well with our window and sliders open. We like the friendliness of our neighbors and visitors to the complex. We like eating at Claytons down the street. We like watching the birds and gators while playing golf at our favorite courses. We love going to St. Armands to listen to jazz and shop. We like going to the downtown market on Sat morning. We like worshiping at a special church, Church of the Palms. We like eating great grouper. Relaxating while doing all of this!
