"Summertime Blues 5706" is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom spacious home on the east end of Panama City Beach.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
This centrally located home is walking distance to the beach. The living area is an open concept with an enclosed Florida room that can be used as an extra living space or game room. There is an additional building at the back, which is great as an extra sleeping area or office space. Home comes fully furnished along with a hot tub in the backyard.
This vacation rental features:
Bedroom 1 with a King Bed-Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and twin bed over the queen-Sleeps 3
Studio-Detached from the home in the back has a queen bed and twin over twin bunks. The Queen will sleep 2 and the bunks will sleep 2
Living room/Sleeping area-A Murphy Bed, sleeps 2
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 11 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Other details to note:
We are 1 street over from the beach; beach access is approximately a 5-minute walk.
Please take the trash bin to the street on Sunday and Wednesday nights, as trash pickup day is every Monday and Thursday. After the trash is picked up, please bring the can back inside the garage.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
