PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

So cute!!

The condo is perfect! It looks just like the pictures and is in walking distance to the beach. It was clean and cozy! The front pool at the resort was great! The second pool is not as nice.

Our New Favorite Place!

K2 is the only unit I’ve ever stayed in at Portside, but I am willing to bet none of the others could beat it. This place was immaculate, extremely well maintained, and super cozy! Someone really thought of everything….charging ports & outlets in most of the lamps, plenty of mirror space for getting ready (a plus with girls), mounted pull out mirror in master bath, nice Kenmore appliances, pullouts in bedside tables for drink and phone placement, plush carpeted stairs and upstairs area, lovely patios with sun shades and great seating, beautiful landscaping, convenient half bath downstairs, all you would possibly need in the kitchen as far as dishes, utensils and cookware (stored on pull out racks for easy access), water hose in front and back for rinsing off sand, huge TVs throughout… I cannot say enough about unit K2. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your awesome place :)

Fall Break

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The convenience was great, short walk to the beach, pet friendly, the property was clean and well kept, quiet. We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint was there were gnats all over the condo kind of annoying. The only other complaint there weren’t enough towels and no beach towels, blankets extra sheets etc…. Overall great experience would definitely come back and recommend.

Beautiful property

Condo was beautiful and had everything you might need. It had a small problem with gnats coming from the drains, I believe. That was my only complaint other than being a little too far from the beach for this old lady to walk. That is my problem. Lol! We had a great stay!

Great accommodations

My family with our two dogs stayed at the property and everything was great. The one thing we were challenged with is coming in on the weekend, no one was in the office to check in and we weren’t sure what to do. Luckily I texted the number that had texted me prior to our stay and they were immediately responsive on checking in. The process was very easy and simple. The rental company (Panhandle Getaways) was fantastic with their communications to us. The property was clean, had everything we needed and the pools were a welcome relief when we didn’t want to visit the beach. There is beach access right across the street from the resort property so it’s easy to get to. We loved every moment and felt safe and extremely comfortable at the house. We can’t wait to go back and will be booking this place and resort again with Panhandle Getaways!

Loved this place!

Although we didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed for the first two nights our stay was great. We were an 8 minute walk from our door to the beach. The area was clean, family friendly, and just down the road from “Thomas” doughnuts. Yum! We would definitely stay at this resort again.

Loved it!

Everything was perfect! We were hesitant because it is not beach front, but the walk was very nice and short. The only negative was the condo does not have extra sheets and comforters. The pullout couch needs some.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo

This condo / townhome has been recently updated. The pictures portray it perfectly. We were able to take our dog and that was a big plus. If you're looking for a clean space with a lot of room, this is for you! Keep in mind the unit is across the street from the beach but there is a beautiful pool right across the street!

Great condo

The condo was great, and location was perfect for beach access. The condo was just far enough away from the heavy traffic, but close enough to get to entertainment quickly. The only complaint would be condition of common areas(ie. bathroom at pools) and fees that i feel like i missed in the communication before arrival like parking and pool access.
