Hermosa villa de 3 dormitorios con impresionantes vistas al lago

Nuestra villa en Lake Berkley es un alquiler de vacaciones de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, idealmente ubicado cerca de la autopista 192 detrás de Medieval Times y Walmart, a pocos minutos de restaurantes, parques y campos de golf.

El área de la piscina es el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un duro día en los parques o de compras. ¿Qué podría ser mejor que disfrutar del sol con una bebida fría mirando el lago y observando la vida salvaje local?

Los detalles de nuestra villa incluyen: -

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size, amplio vestidor, ventilador de techo, caja fuerte y televisión por cable. El baño tiene una gran ducha a ras de suelo, secador de pelo y planchas.

El segundo dormitorio es una habitación grande y soleada con una cama Queen, televisión por cable, consola de juegos, ventilador de techo y amplio espacio de almacenamiento.

El tercer dormitorio tiene un tema de Bob Esponja con cómodas literas dobles y gemelas ideales para todas las edades junto con consola de juegos, ventilador de techo y amplio espacio de almacenamiento.

El salón cuenta con 3 cómodos sofás, un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 'con cable que ofrece cientos de canales, así como un reproductor de Blu-ray, PS3 (Blu-ray) y Wii. Netflix, Amazon Prime y Alexa están disponibles.

También proporcionamos una PC con acceso a Internet de alta velocidad, WiFi, cámara web e impresora. Llamadas locales, de larga distancia e internacionales gratuitas a teléfonos fijos del Reino Unido.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos habituales, incluida la máquina de gofres y la gran parrilla George Foreman.

El área de la piscina está completamente protegida y tiene una gran área de terraza con muebles de exterior de lujo y barbacoa. Se plantan arbustos a ambos lados del área de la piscina para mayor privacidad.

Great Time

We had the most wonderful few days at this location. Lawrence was quick to respond with the few minor things we needed assistance with. The home was relaxing and close to everything we did. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cool Place!

Super convenient to theme parks and restaurants without being amongst all the hustle and bustle.Fast and friendly communication with the owner.Nice pool! Cool little fishing pond. My kids had a blast!

Great location!

Nice home with all the amenities that you need to be comfortable. Host made sure to make sure he left all instructions for everything with the home and neighbor. Great location. Close to everything we wanted to travel to.

Spring break 2024

Very nice location. The villa was great. We enjoyed the pool, lake, tennis court, basketball court, and the trail around the pond. Our kids loved it and it is in a very safe community that’s close to a lot of fun attractions. We liked it so much we are looking into purchasing a home in this neighborhood now after talking a look at an open house.

Getaway for our elderly father

We took our dad on an extended stay with our dad. The house was so nice. Very clean and well appointed. The host, Lawrence, was amazing. If we had a question or small issue, it was addressed immediately. Don't hesitate in booking this home. It is lovely.

Fun Week Before the Holidays

We loved the gated community. Felt very safe. The property was so wonderful just how we like it. The pool right outside the looking over the pool was the pond that my husband enjoyed the fishing. The only thing that wasn’t to my liking was it could have been a little cleaner. But I would love to stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality. Adela

Rotunda Stay

Very well positioned villa, quiet street and very well equipped. Good distance accross from opposite properties so very quiet and not overlooked. Decking area very pleasant and can take in the wildlife in and around the water, or the golfers on the course opposite which is far enough away not to have any stray shots. Lots of golf course options within 2 mile of the property. The best part of the villa is the owners, they are a pleasure to deal with and respond quickly to any messages. I would nit hesitate to recomend and plan to use this villa again.

Clean, comfortable and as advertise

We enjoyed the house, location was great. Only two complaints, the AC was horrible, would not let us lower it below 74 degrees not enough to cool the house down. Second there was no basic toiletries. Some extra TP, a roll of paper towels and maybe some dishwasher soap etc would make things a little easier. Everything else was very good... Plan on staying there again in the near future.

Very nice place

Pool was nice and heated! Found everything workable! Only issue was one of the bedrooms was found locked. After much searching we found the pass key above the master bath door trim! They asked to wash the dishes and put them away upon checkout! Very hard to do using the dishwasher with a 10 am checkout. We ran it but it was not done before we had to checkout! Washed all pots and pans by hand before we left though and left the kitchen clean!

Horrible from the start

After an 8 hr drive when we walked in the house the first thing we noticed was how hot it was because the A.C. was not working. The home needs a complete face-lift. Walls dirty and beat up. Carpet had stains everywhere old and new. The corner by the computer smelled like urine. The was a dead feog by the pool and dead roaches in the game room. I communicated with the owner about the condition and he got the A.C. fixed and nothing else. My family was so uncomfortable in the dirty house that I asked for a partial refund so that I could try to find a hotel so we could try to enjoy our time in Florida but the owner started ignoring my messages. The house was so uncomfortable and nasty that we had to cut out trip short. We couldn't stand it any longer so we left early.

The house seemed neat and clean but was infested with bugs.

At first glance we were pleased. Then I sat on the couch for a bit and noticed little bugs crawling all over me and on the tables. They were on toilets, counters, everywhere. We called and exterminator was sent out. He sprayed living and kitchen areas and put out bait traps. Then we found the same bugs in bathrooms. Exterminator came out again at night to treat whole house. The next day while we were gone the house was cleaned up to remove residual bug spray. We were only there 2 nights but that was more than enough for us. The bugs, and tiny spiders, came home with us in some of our bags. The house was infested. Drawers, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and bedrooms. We had a CLOSED pkg of cookies on top of fridge that we had the throw away with bugs in it. We even found them crawling on us while sitting on the couches. Management told us the previous renters left 2 days before with no complaints. They must be used to living in bug infested conditions. 😥

Nice quiet stay

When we first arrived the house smelt so good and clean. The pool is so nice to relax in after a long day out and it has a beautiful view of the pond behind. Lots of ducks come right up to the fence. The pool table/pong table was as a big hit for my 24 and 17 year olds. Very pleased with our stay. The only downside was the microwave didn’t work but we called the service number provided they were coming out to fix however we were leaving the day they were coming out. Don’t really need it with the fast food nearby anyways. Other than that it was a wonderful home. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great Stay, few small issues

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was really nice and very clean. The host was very considerate and provided sheets, towels, pillows, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap and even all the dishes and other kitchen utensils you could want. The only changes I would like to see is replacement of the mattresses. All of the mattresses were extremely hard and were quite worn out. Also many of the outlets were worn out and would not hold in power plugs. Living room couch is also broken and should be replaced as well. We really liked this house and if the above listed issues were resolved we would return in a heartbeat.

Feb Vacation 2022

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying a month at this property. The home was very cozy and comfortable in a gated community. We enjoyed the heated pool and locations to many restaurants. If your planning a trip to Disney this home is in a great location . The owner and management team were always available if we had any questions.

Great place!

The house was beautiful, the pool table and foosball was an added bonus that gave the kids something extra to do. Location was good, close to stores and 20 minutes from Disney. Wish we had splurged for heated pool since it was in the 50s and low 60s most of the week! :)

Hi, my name is Lawrence Noon and my wife Rowena and I live in Milton Keynes in the United Kingdom with our twin boys Eli and Sammy. We have been renting out our villas since 2004.

As a family we love the parks as there always seems to be a new attraction most years. We're very excited about the new Epic park opening in 2025. We also enjoy eating out and spending some time on the coast

I love running back in the UK where it a lot cooler but have managed a few races here in Florida too over the years including several Disney events.

We had holidayed in Florida for several years before deciding to purchase a property. We wanted a villa in a safe resort close to both the Disney and non-Disney parks with a nice lake view from the pool area. We decided on Lake Berkley as it is a very well known and loved resort handily located within walking distance of Medieval Times and Walmart.

The communal facilities include a large infinity pool, kiddie splash pool, fishing, tennis courts, basketball court and gym. The resort is both gated and 24x7 security manned for that added peace of mind.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location of our villa cannot be beaten with its fantastic views over the middle lake and all it's wildlife which has included gators, turtles, possums and an abundance of birdlife such as osprey and kingfisher.

Since the arrival of our boys we have made the villa more child friendly by providing a stroller, high chair, travel cot, bottle steriliser, potty, bed rail, baby bath and baby monitor.
